Happy to help from 2 to 4 nights per week , from 8/9pm to 6/7am as Maternity Nurse.
* As Night Nanny happy to do any day of the week.
I have a natural strong bond with children that I believe comes from my up-bringing and many years working with families and their young babies and children. The families I worked for often comment on how secure and safe they feel when I am taking care of their children and my references will pay testimony to this.
I always strive to ensure the children feel happy, calm, secure and safe in my care
I describe myself as reliable, patient , caring and full with energy and initiative. I absolutely adore looking after children .
I love the caring aspect of it, watching babies grow into children knowing that you have contributed to them being who they are. It’s rewarding, challenging & exciting. You get to meet so many people, families, other nannies and really make long term friendships. It’s an amazing feeling when the babies say your name for the 1st time or you teach them something new it makes me feel really proud of them and that I am full-filling their needs.
I really wouldn't be in any other job, its lovely to be part of another family and be able to help parents with bringing up their children, using my experiences and knowledge. There are so many great aspects of being a nanny and maternity nurse.
I feel my strengths are that I am hard working always able to work on my own initiative, by trying to be helpful and not in your way.
I am honest, warm, and consistent in my care and approach to my work. I also believe that I quickly build excellent relationships with parents very quickly gaining their trust and respect. By doing all the best for the good of the child.
I have my CRB , Paediatric First Aid , OCN Level 4 , Postnatal Maternity Nurse Award and very good references.
