Lucia was recommended to us by a friend and started to work for us since my third child was 6 months old and soon she became part of our family. Lucia showed lot of experience with babies and she was happy to follow the baby's routines. She was confident at feeding the baby, taking her to the parks, for a walks and playgroups. She is an amazing cook and she was very helpful around the house. She still does occasional baby sitting and nannying my 3 children on half terms.

Nanny and babysitter

Lucia was a wonderful addition to our family. She looked after my daughter when she was 9 months old and her elder brother who was 3 at the time. She's a wonderful cook, very patient with the children and had great ideas for games and play. We still see her and would love for her to work with us again one day.

Loving and trustworthy, like a family member!

Lucia is a delight to work with. She started as our nanny when my youngest was 6 months old and was with us full time for over 2 years and still regularly babysits to date. I had a full house with 2 girls 14 months apart and a 4 year old boy. Lucia knew exactly what to do to keep all kids entertained and stimulated at the same time (she even had time to taught me a few things and get more organised!) She's knowledgeable and patient, my kids absolutely adore her and that is why we still keep in touch and she's now like a part of our family. Lucia is a very generous and kind woman, but has a good balance and is able to be strict when she needs to which I find is very important. If you're looking for a nanny that will love your kids and you can trust in your home look no further!

Experienced, caring and a great cook

Lucia nannied for our youngest who was months old at the time (now 3) and looked after his older brother once he finished school.
During her time with us Lucia was organised, was able to take on my feedback as a parent without taking any of it personally. She cooked really great meals for our boys and you could see she really cared for and about our boys. It wasn't just a job for her.
We eventually had to send my son to nursery because I went back to work full time but if we could have kept her on full time we would have.
Although Lucia has not been our boys nanny for some time, she has baby sat for us numerous times and still keep in contact. I'd recommend her highly.

Lucia is an excellent babysitter for our daughter.

Lucia has babysat for our daughter for about 6 months now on a relatively frequent basis.
Our daughter loves having Lucia to look after her and looks forward to her coming. We have confidence in Lucia and our daughter enjoys a lot of activities with Lucia including craft activities, play and reading.
I cannot comment on some of the optional ratings as Lucia always comes to our home.

Lucia minded my son on a full time basis (Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6 pm) for more than 2 years, from when my son was 13 month old. I can recommend her highly. I have the highest confidence in her trustworthiness, judgement, and I have always felt at ease leaving my son in her supervision.
Lucia's home is has a very spacious, extremely clean and child-friendy. Lucia is very energetic and honest person and, more importantly, she truly loves children. From the very first days I felt my son was part of her family family and Lucia has always treated with with love and affection. Lucia is also very experienced and professional childminder. She strongly encourages partnership with parents. Lucia also organized many themed activities that my son really enjoyed and she went to play groups and parks with my son on regular basis, thus providing a lot of stimulation. I feel I can still rely on Lucia's professional advice to ask about my son's development.
