The best nanny we could have ever wished for

We had the incredible privilege of having Zsuzsa as our nanny from the time our son was six months old until he was two and a half. During those two years she became an irreplaceable part of our daily life, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Zsuzsa arrived every morning at 8am without fail and was consistently punctual and dependable. From the moment she arrived she would take over our son's full daily care – dressing him, feeding him, changing nappies, putting him down for naps and planning engaging activities throughout the day.

As our son grew older she regularly took him to playgrounds, playgroups, museums and indoor play spaces, always ensuring he was active, stimulated and happy. She knows countless songs, rhymes and games and has an incredible natural creativity when it comes to entertaining and developing young children.

During nap times she would take care of everything related to the child and the household around him – laundry, tidying the kitchen, organising toys, washing and folding clothes, restocking nappies and wipes and keeping our son’s wardrobe perfectly organised. She always noticed when supplies were running low and made sure everything was prepared in advance.

What truly sets Zsuzsa apart is her extraordinary work ethic. She is tireless, proactive and always looking for ways to help. If there was ever a quiet moment she would immediately find something useful to do – tidying, organising, cleaning or preparing things for the child. She never sat on her phone and approached every task with care and dedication.

Most importantly, Zsuzsa loved our son as if he were her own grandchild. You could see genuine warmth and affection in every interaction – the way she spoke to him, comforted him and held him when he fell asleep in her arms. Our son absolutely adored her and often referred to her as his grandmother. The bond between them was truly special.

I should also mention that I am a stay-at-home father and worked from home during most of the time Zsuzsa was with us. Because of this I was able to observe her closely every day, and I can confidently say that she treated our child with patience, kindness and care at all times. It was also a pleasure working alongside her – she is respectful, discreet and naturally considerate in the home.

Zsuzsa left our family only because our son started nursery, but if we have another child we would welcome her back without hesitation.

Any family would be extremely fortunate to have Zsuzsa caring for their children. She is trustworthy, hardworking, loving and truly exceptional at what she does.

Although Zsuzsa may not have many written reviews yet, we spoke with other families she had worked for before hiring her. They all praised her highly, and after two years with us we can confirm that everything they said was absolutely true.
