About Me
Hello I have been a nanny for many years and I’ve worked in a reception class as a TA . I am a creative , energetic outdoor person and enjoy swimming, cycling, running, being creative reading and walking my dog .
I have been with my current family in Richmond for nine years and I’m only seeking a new job as the children I look after will both be at full time school .
I thoroughly enjoy working with and nurturing children and caring for their development. I am honest and punctual and believe in maintaining good communication in work relationships. I like to keep busy in work with many activities such as farm visits, swimming, parks, toddler groups , etc .
I also enjoy home activities and don't mind a bit of messy play - such as play dough , painting and cooking,.
I have three grown up children of my own .
My Experience
I have worked with children from birth to 17 years.
I am a nanny and have also been a registered child-minder (Ofsted rated good) I have also been a teaching assistant in the EYFS at a local junior school. In this role I have been responsible for small and large groups of children across the whole range of development needs from physical , medical and emotional .
While working in a primary school as a TA I have taken special groups for speech therapy : social ,emotional and behavioural issues. I coordinate group and individual activities within the class. I also have some knowledge of portage work. I am experienced with children with additional needs in a nanny capacity and also working at the White Lodge Centre which provides rest-bite care for children with additional needs .
I have a lot of experience as a sole charge nanny , have taken charges on holiday and done overnight stays and evening baby sitting.
I have my own car and a clean full driving licence.
My Qualifications
9 O levels
2 A levels
CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Child-minding Practice
CACHE Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development
Portage basic Workshop
Paediatric first aid
CRB checked.
Attended numerous training / development days including positive touch, Child protection, phonics etc.

Mon - Friday
Full or part time .
Evening babysitting
And some occasional weekend work .
