Hello, I'm Christine, an Ofsted-registered childminder based in Willington, offering a warm, homely and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued and ready to learn.

I work alongside my husband Bobbie, as my registered assistant, we are committed to providing high-quality childcare with a strong focus on children's wellbeing, development and happiness. We are both fully DBS checked and pride ourselves on creating a family-centred setting where children are encouraged to thrive through play, discovery and positive relationships.
As parents of grown-up children ourselves, we understand how important it is for families to feel confident when leaving their child in someone else's care. We work closely with parents to ensure every child feels settled, supported and happy from the very beginning.
Funded Childcare Available
We offer a range of funded childcare places, including:
? 30 Hours Funded Childcare for eligible working families
? Funded Places for Eligible 9-Month-Olds
? Funded Places for Eligible 2-Year-Olds
? Universal and Extended Funding for 3 and 4-Year-Olds

Settling In
Starting childcare is a big step for both children and parents. Every child is unique, so we offer a flexible and supportive settling-in process tailored to individual needs.
We provide:
• Flexible settling-in sessions

• Reassurance and support throughout the transition
Our aim is to build trusting relationships with both children and parents, helping everyone feel comfortable and confident from day one.
Our Setting
Children benefit from a warm, welcoming home environment where learning happens naturally through play and everyday experiences.
We offer:

• A calm, homely atmosphere
• Healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks
• Opportunities to grow vegetables, care for plants and learn about nature
• Fun, engaging activities linked to children's interests
• Experiences covering all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Activities are carefully planned to support each child's individual development while encouraging curiosity, creativity and independence. We provide a balance of adult-led and child-initiated play, ensuring children learn new skills while having fun.
