I am offering a nurturing and carefully prepared environment that encourages independence and freedom of movement. I follow the Montessori method, following each child's individual needs and interests.
I have 2 daughters and we love to do arts and crafts, baking, spending time in nature and having adventures.
Speaks English and Brazilian Portuguese.

I first contacted Amber when my daughter was 6 months old. I am self employed and needed ad hoc care so I could go back to work on odd days here and there.
Amber was warm and welcoming from our first communications. I felt immediately at ease when I met her and also liked that her home was clean and tidy.
She is calm, nurturing and just so lovely. My daughter spent 1 year with Amber before they decided to move house. The home from home environment meant I didn't worry about leaving her. I knew she would be taken care of like one of her own daughters.
When Amber told us they were moving house we were devastated. I don't think we will find another childminder as good. Unfortunately she has set the standard so high and we can't help by compare everyone else to her.
If you are lucky enough to get a space with Amber, you will have the best there is.
