About Me
My name is Nileema and I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for morw thanyears. I have a 17 year old daughter and a 13 year old son. I live in Lower Earley
I offer a safe and caring environment for children with the added benefit of 10 years experience of bringing up children.
I'm patient and attentive with good teaching skill and encourage your children to develop their individual abilities. I offer a range of fun and activities including drawing, painting, sticking, puzzels, play dough, dressing up, role play, messy play and age appropriate toys.
I regularly visit to music and playgroups with children, parks and other childminders so the children get mix and play with other children in the local area with parental consent.
My Experience
I have been childminding for more than10 years ( since 2009), having good experience of working with children.
I attend various toddler groups, parks, the library, play centers etc, where the
children that I mind interact with other children.visit to other childminder's place for play date,and learning .

We first met Nileema in 2023 when I was looking for someone to care for my daughter, who was just one year old at the time. From the very beginning, Nileema provided exceptional care with sincerity, warmth, and professionalism. Over the past two years, my daughter has grown from a shy toddler into a confident, happy child who absolutely loves spending time with her.
Nileema created a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where my daughter felt comfortable and supported. She always went above and beyond to ensure my child’s well-being, and I never had to worry when my daughter was in her care.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Nileema as our childminder. Her dedication and reliability gave us complete peace of mind, and the bond she built with our daughter is something we will always cherish. As our journey with her comes to an end, we know we will truly miss her.

My son Aadish (fondly known as Bunny) joined Nileema Meher in July,2020 at 10 months old. As you can imagine, this was a hugely anxious time, as Bunny had very little contact with other children or adults prior to this point due to COVID. After a short conversation with a few people locally, and after speaking to Nileema, I knew this was the right place for him. For me, going ahead with Nileema has been one of the best decisions I've made. She did an amazing job to keep the children and parents safe, ensuring that high standards are maintained, especially during the early stages with lockdowns. Despite not being able to see the setting, except via photos, she was able to reassure me of the steps taken to protect the children, and it was clear that she was fiercely protective of the families in her setting. Bunny's growth since starting with Nileema has been nothing short of miraculous. He loved his time there, often running through the back garden door with a smile on his face to see his friends. I am extremely happy with the variety of educational activities, especially the one she engages in seasonal activities and things associated with special days/celebrations. It’s a nurturing environment, where she looked after all of the children as if they were her own, guiding and teaching them while allowing them to explore and grow. Everyday without a miss, I used to get a daily update about Bunny all clearly mentioned in a diary (His likes and dislikes, activities he did, food he ate, nursery rhymes he loved listening to ). I would happily recommend Nileema to anyone wanting a safe, fun and nurturing environment for their child to be happy and wonderfully cared for whilst away from us. She is a gem of a person, very kind and accommodating. Thanks again for looking after our little Bunny.

I have had the pleasure of entrusting my daughter to Nileema for the past two years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment my daughter joined her care at the age of 14 months until now, at 3 years old, Nileema has consistently demonstrated a level of care, expertise, and dedication that is truly exceptional.
One of the most remarkable qualities of Nileema is her genuine care and compassion for the children in her care. She creates a warm and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and loved. My daughter has formed a deep bond with her, and I have complete peace of mind knowing that she is in such capable and loving hands.
In addition to her nurturing demeanor, Nileema is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in child development. She tailors activities and experiences to support each child's individual growth and learning journey. From sensory play to early literacy activities, she engages the children in stimulating and age-appropriate experiences that foster their development in all areas.

She maintains open communication channels, providing regular updates and insights into my daughter's progress and milestones. As a parent, I feel fully supported and informed every step of the way.
