Amazing human and best childminder ever!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Neelima and I honestly don’t think I can put into words how much she has meant to our family over the last two and a half years.

My daughter started going to Neelima when she was just 1 year and 2 months old. Like any parent, I found it incredibly difficult to leave my little girl with someone completely new. I remember the worry and the heavy heart I had in the beginning. But very quickly, Neelima gave me every reason to feel completely reassured. I never once had a second thought about leaving my daughter with her, and I never worried about whether she was happy, safe or being looked after properly.

Neelima has cared for my daughter almost like I would myself. I have always called her my daughter’s “second mum”, because that is truly how it feels. She has fed her, taught her, played with her, comforted her, encouraged her and, most importantly, given her so much love and care.

Every day, Neelima would keep me updated on how my daughter had been — what she had eaten, what she had done, how she was feeling, all the little things that meant so much to me as a mum. Those daily updates gave me so much comfort and made me feel involved even when I couldn’t be there.

Over these two and a half years, I have watched my daughter grow into such a happy, confident and caring little person, and I genuinely believe Neelima has played a huge part in that. She has not just looked after her; she has helped shape her.

There really are no words to thank Neelima enough for everything she has done for my daughter and for us as a family. Saying we are going to miss her is a huge understatement. Leaving Neelima is honestly one of the hardest parts of this next chapter for us.

If you are looking for someone you can trust completely with your child, someone who will care for them with genuine love, patience and kindness, I could not recommend Neelima highly enough. She has been absolutely exceptional, and we will always be so grateful that she was such a special part of my daughter’s early years.

The Second Mum Every Child Deserves ❤️ (39)

My daughter started daycare with Nileema when she was just 11 months old, and we have had the most beautiful experience ever since. As a mum, you can imagine how difficult it was to leave my little one at daycare at such a young age. I still remember the first day I left her for a few hours — I was crying as I handed her over, while Nileema calmly reassured me, “Don’t worry, she’ll be fine.” Those few hours felt like an eternity to me, but when I came back to pick her up, my daughter was so, so happy and completely settled.

Now, as my daughter is getting ready to start school in September, I can truly see how much of an impact Nileema has had on her. Under her care, she has grown into such a kind, independent, respectful, caring and confident little girl. Whenever someone asked me where my daughter was, I would simply say, “She’s with her second mum.” That is how much I trust and love Nileema.

Nileema, thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring for my daughter as if she were your own. You have given me peace of mind, comfort and, most importantly, the reassurance that my little girl was safe, happy and loved. I’m genuinely teary-eyed writing this review. God bless you, Nileema. You are truly the best, and we will always be grateful for you. ❤️

Amazing person and Childminder!

We first met Nileema in 2023 when I was looking for someone to care for my daughter, who was just one year old at the time. From the very beginning, Nileema provided exceptional care with sincerity, warmth, and professionalism. Over the past two years, my daughter has grown from a shy toddler into a confident, happy child who absolutely loves spending time with her.
Nileema created a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where my daughter felt comfortable and supported. She always went above and beyond to ensure my child’s well-being, and I never had to worry when my daughter was in her care.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Nileema as our childminder. Her dedication and reliability gave us complete peace of mind, and the bond she built with our daughter is something we will always cherish. As our journey with her comes to an end, we know we will truly miss her.
