I am writing this recommendation for Madalina Suci who has been our aupair for the last two years from July 2014 to now. For the two years that we have known Madalina she has truly become a member of our family. She has been responsible for caring for my now nearly 5 year old daughter while she was in nursery and now while she is in school. He has had sole charge of my daughter at home and during school drops and pickups.
She has been responsible for taking my daughter to several activities during the week and weekend and for organizing play dates and museum/ activity trips. She also cooks delicious and healthy food for my daughter and helps her with homework.
In addition to this she has been doing all our housework, which includes cleaning and ironing and washing up.
Madalina has several strengths and the biggest of these has been her compassionate nature and empathy towards children. She loves my daughter as much as I do! And my daughter is just as much in love with her. They are best buddies for life!!
She is diligent, meticulous and always takes initiative. She plans for activities for my daughter and other kids when we have play dates and puts the children’s safety at the forefront.
She follows a strict discipline herself and is extremely contentious and hard working.
She wants to now work in daycare settings and even though the demands of these may be different to that of an au pair, I have no doubt at all that she will be an irreplaceable employee just as she has become to us. I am very sorry to see her leave and she will leave the imprints of her warm and cheerful personality on my daughter’s life and mine forever.
