We feel incredibly lucky to have had Serpil as our childminder over the past few years. From the moment our son joined her care at just 7–8 months old, Serpil became so much more than a childminder — she truly became part of our family.

From day one, we felt completely reassured knowing that our son was in such caring, loving and capable hands. Serpil has played such an important role in his early years and development. She has taught him so much, encouraged his independence and curiosity, and helped him grow into the happy, confident little boy he is today.

One of the things we have loved most is the wonderful environment Serpil provides. There is a lovely garden where the children can play and enjoy the outdoors, as well as plenty of different activities to keep them entertained, learning and developing throughout the day. She always makes sure the children have opportunities to explore, be creative, learn new things and, most importantly, have fun.

The homemade food is another huge bonus! Everything is always fresh, nutritious and made with so much care — and our son has always enjoyed his yummy meals and snacks.

Serpil also created such a lovely social environment for the children. Our son made some wonderful little friends while in her care, which helped him develop his confidence and social skills. When it was time for him to start nursery, he settled in so easily, and we truly believe the secure and nurturing start he had with Serpil played a huge part in that.

As parents, leaving your little one with someone else can be a big step, especially when they are so young. Serpil gave us complete peace of mind and made us feel confident that our son was not only safe and well cared for, but genuinely happy and loved.

We would choose Serpil over and over again without hesitation. She has been such a special part of our son's childhood and of our family’s journey. We are so grateful for everything she has done for him and for us.

Although he has now moved on to nursery, we know we can always turn to Serpil whenever we need childcare support in the future, and we will absolutely do so. We couldn't recommend her highly enough to any family looking for a caring, trustworthy, warm and genuinely wonderful childminder.
