About Me
Working in partnership with the council to provide funded hours for 3 and 4 year olds and eligible 2’s.
I live at home with my 3 children (2 girls and a boy). I have been childminding for 10 years and I love it. I am caring and patient and want the children in my care to feel welcome and happy.
I have plenty space for the children to play and an enclosed, safe garden.
I provide a wide range of activities and experiences for the children and take them to local parks, attractions and on various outings.
My Experience
I have experience helping out in my own children's playgroups and nurseries and am familiar with various age groups of children and their needs. In my registration process I completed the Open Learning Pack (childminder training) and I have attended various courses including paediatric first aid, autism awareness and child protection and have completed my SVQ in childcare.
My Qualifications
SVQ LEVEL 7 in childcare

My Availability
From May '23 - Thursdays and Fridays - 1 x pre school aged child, full days
From July '23 - Tuesday - 2 spaces for preschool children
A few before and after school places available .

Susan watched my then 1 year old boy for 18 months and I couldn’t have asked for a higher quality of care.
My son was very excited every time he would be dropped off and always looked forward to his sessions. My son has severe allergies and Susan was more than capable of accommodating for them and always went out of her way to ensure he was safe, happy and well fed.
Susan’s own children are fantastic with the childminder children and treat them like friends, Reid had a brilliant bond with Susan’s youngest.
The only reason I had to change childcare was because I moved 250 miles away.
I would highly recommend Susan.
