About Me
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since May 2000 and I'm live in the lovely village of Witchford. I hold a Level 3 childcare qualification, Up to date First Aid and extensive training over the many years of delivering outstanding care, I do not simply comply with the statutory requirements- I thrive to provide an excellent service that meets parents needs whilst ensuring a safe, caring, loving and enjoyable learning environment for the children. Over the years we have made our home into the childminders setting from heaven as we have two playrooms and a large garden. I have lots of play resources for all ages. I regularly visit local parks, toddler groups Music group and libraries with the children. I like to plan and do lots of activities including, going for walks, going to the cinema, local playparks. We regularly get together with other childminders so the children can all play and mix together. Please contact me for more information or to arrange a visit.
My Husband also first aid trained, and daughter are registered as assistants and both work from home so are available for emergency cover.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 25 years and have had children from 0 - 12 years. I also help run the local toddler group and run Witchford MusicTots weekly for 0-3 year olds. I have constantly updated all the necessary training as well as sourcing out other training that might develop my own professional practice, including Child development, Managing Behaviour, partnership with parent and many more.

My Qualifications
I'm a member of Pacey, and have Food Hygiene and First Aid certificates.
I passed my Level 3 (ECP) qualification in February 2008, and I have already completed all the training for the EYFS.
I have a thick folder of certificates of training that I have done over the last 20 years, including Behaviour management, Risk assessment, learning through play and Diversity.
I plan to continue my own personal development through training to ensure that I am offering the best possible standard for all the children in my care.
