I have now accepted a new role with another lovely family.
I have been with my current family from August 2018 to date.
I worked for my second family from April 2015 to July 2018.
I worked for my first family from September 2013 until March 2015.
After leaving my last nursery setting I assisted in my god daughter's childcare from September 2011 until July 2013.
I am a confident and outgoing person with a professional work manner and take a pride in what I do.
I am the Match Day Safety Co-ordinator for West Bromwich Albion Football Club on match days.
My Experience
I have been a Nanny for 7 years and really enjoy my role.
After my second family relocated I was lucky enough to be contacted by the parents of the first family I worked for looking for care for their newest addition.
I have been with them (again ! ) since August of 2018 looking after the youngest 3 days a week term time, and all three children three days a week during the school holidays.
The second family I worked for had two children, 1 girl nearly four and 1 boy two and a half.
I started with them when the eldest child was one and have looked after both of them two/three days a week.
I worked for my first family three days a week from September 2013 until March 2015.
Looking after twin boys who were nearly 1 when I started.
I have more than seventeen years experience in and out of nursery settings.
I worked in all age groups within the nursery but the main of my time was working within the baby rooms.
Within the baby room setting I used basic baby signing alongside the spoken word and encouraged babies to communicate in this way before they were able to use words.
I love messy and outdoor play and trying to give children as many new learning opportunities as possible.

Nvq level 3 in Children's care, learning and development.
Paediatric first aid.
Disclosure barring service certificate held.
Ofsted registered and insured.
Other courses completed in a variety of related areas.

Lou worked for me looking after my twin boys from the age of 12-36 months from 2013-2015. When the boys went to pre-school Lou moved on to pastures new.
When we had our third child in February 2018, I had to go back to work earlier than hoped when he was around 6 months old. I decided to contact Lou to see if she could help me find a Nanny for him, but as luck had it (for me) Lou’s current family were relocating and so she was going to be able to help herself!
This was a ‘no brainer’ and so Lou came to meet us all again .... and became our Nanny once more. She looked after our youngest son all year around, and included our twins during school holidays.
Lou would be a super addition to any family ... and as I’m most definitely having no more children ... I won’t be chasing her down again 😄.

Lou has been with us from 2015 - 2018. She has been a nanny for our daughter from 9 months and our son from birth.
She has been part of our family for the years she has been with us and has cared for us all! She has taught our children sign language, counting, letters and nursery rhymes amongst other things!! She not only cares for our childcare 2-3 days a week, but she also helps out round the house when the children are asleep. She is incredibly flexible and has happily changed her days and her hours to suit us, she is also incredibly reliable and organised. She has only had 2 days off sick in the years she has been with us!
The children, my husband and I see Lou as part of our family, the only reason she will be leaving us, is because we are moving house. We would quite happily take her with us if she wanted to move halfway across the country!!
She genuinely enjoys this job it and it really shows when she is around the children. She will be an absolute asset to any family she goes to. We really can't speak highly enough of her - and neither can the children, which is the best review anyone could get!

Lou has been looking after my twin boys since September 2013 just before their first birthday. She attends our home 3 days a week and has provided an extremely reliable childcare solution for us.
Due to their prematurity my boys were developmentally behind their 'milestones' when Lou started, her creative thinking and fresh approach to learning has encourage them to surpass expectations over the past 18 months.
Lou has been incredibly reliable and punctual throughout her employment. We have engaged in additional activities such as Tumble Tots, Tiny Talk (Baby Signing), Creation Station and Bounce 'n' Rhyme.
Due to the particular needs of our family we are no longer employing a Nanny - snap Lou up while you can!
I am happy to provide this reference/review over the telephone to or indeed in person to anyone who wishes to ensure that Lou is the right Nanny for them.
