About Me
I am an Ofsted registered childminder with 29 years’ experience, offering a happy, caring home-from-home environment where children feel safe, included, and valued.
I provide a wide range of play-based activities following the EYFS, including messy play, arts and crafts, cooking, and outdoor play in my secure garden. We also enjoy daily outings, such as trips to the park, library, and local groups.
I am based in Merstham with excellent transport links and can offer drop-off and collection from Furzefield Primary School.
I hold an enhanced DBS check, have a clean driving licence, and am reliable and flexible to meet families’ needs.
My Experience
I have been childminding since 1996, giving me over 28 years of experience working with children of all ages. I also have two children of my own, which gives me a personal insight into caring for little ones.
I have attended many workshops on children’s development and related topics to keep my skills and knowledge up to date.

My Availability
I currently have 1 vacancy for 0–5 years (3 days/week) and 1 vacancy for 5–8 years (5 days/week).
I provide full-time and part-time care, including before and after school care, and can offer FEET-funded places.
Working hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm (flexible), Monday–Friday, term time and school holidays.
My Fees
- Childminding from £6.50 per hour

My youngest had been with Tina for approximately 2 years and has enjoyed every moment. Tina provides a lovely ‘home from home’ environment and has always been a great support when we have tried various routines. Nothing has ever been trouble and the flexibility of changing days/extending days, when required for work, has helped massively. She is loving and professional, with the child at the centre. We are very sorry to be leaving and will really miss her. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
