The worst childminder, avoid at all costs!!

Care concerns!! did not clean my kids' nappies on time and their nappy areas were so red that they won't let me touch or clean them when at home, these incidents happened at least 6 times, when complained, she said she changed them and they came from home like that.
Both kids started shivering and had fever a few days of starting childcare when asked if she didn't turn on the heating, she said I was blaming he for everything and doing tantrum.
Extra pair of clothes always in nappy bag but still they came with dirty bodies with dried poop on them which confirms their nappies were full that they leaked always and changed late, except once when my boy fully wet himself and he had to change.
Poor feeding, usually half or three quarter of the food always came back, which shows she hasn't tried again if the kid didn't want at once.
No show/door opening, went to drop off the kids and she didn't open the door on 2 occasions, I was getting late from my work and brought my kids home, got a warning from my work for being late for half an hour. When I texted her that I'll deal your behaviour accordingly and she replied I was doing tantrum as I needed to understand that she was in her back street (no texts or calls from her).
When I complained all the issues, she texted me that I am terminating your contract RIGHT NOW and your children's care will not resume.
Claimed 30 hours funding from 01/09/25, however, I only first saw her on the 21/09.
Reported to Ofsted & Bolton Families Information.

Brilliant

I needed a new childminder and Nailah was more than happy to take on my child.

She has come out on her first day absolutely beaming and so happy. She couldn’t stop talking about how much fun it was and how quick the time went❤️🥰

Thank you so much Nailah for your services. My boy has adapted so well and thoroughly enjoys seeing you after school. You’ve made the process super easy and hassle free for me and I don’t have a single worry now that I’m back at work x

Review

My child has really enjoyed her time with Nailah. Nailah is reliable and trustworthy and she loves the children in her care just as much as they love her. I have enjoyed watching my child progress in her learning and abilities.
It was difficult going back to work but knowing that my child was in such good hands with her just made everything much, much easier.

Brilliant

The best childminder I have come across! Very friendly and knows exactly what she is doing. She looked after my 4 kids (aged 3-11) very well. Very happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic

My children have been goin to nailah for over a year now and they love her just as much as she loves them, they have formed a really strong bond with her as they go everyday she is fantastic with them and helped us bring our children up including doing potty training, she as had my daughter from being 6 month old and i wouldn't change them to another provider now ive found her so thankyou so much nailah
