Amazing Summer club

I enrolled my daughter in the UChildcare Easter Club, and she had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff were caring, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring that every child felt supported and engaged throughout the programme.

The range of activities on offer was exceptional, including educational trips, tutoring sessions, cooking, music lessons, and many other enriching experiences. There was always something exciting for the children to look forward to each day.

The registration process was seamless and efficient, with everything completed easily online. I had heard many positive things about UChildcare over the years, and I can confidently say that they lived up to their excellent reputation.

I would highly recommend UChildcare to any parent looking for a safe, engaging, and well-organised holiday club. Don't hesitate to sign your children up you won't regret it!

Staff are amazing, company is unreliable

I was contacted by Uchildcare, in September 2015. I asked to come and view the premises and was told I was not able due to 'safeguarding'. After having a conversation with the manager I was able to sign my son up and make use of the services, I was told that if he did not like it I was free to leave. My first experience of this provider consisted of me and my son waiting outside at 7am, nobody showed up and no one answered the phone. I gave them another chance the following day and the experience I had with Sherrine and Michael was amazing. My son loved it there and they were both very attentive. However after the Christmas break I emailed to arrange plans for the new term and was told they would be shutting down and thought that I had been informed. I had to stop my teacher training as I ended up missing so much time due to lack of childcare.

This summer I was contacted by Uchildcare to say they would be reopening, I filled the online registration forms and tried to contact them via phone and email but had no response. I wanted to ask if the childcare would be based in the same place, as it had shut down last year due to not having long term arrangements in place with the owners of the building. When I finally did speak to someone she was rude and dismissive, and I was told that there was no place for my son. I have been let down more than three times by this provider, and anyone wishing to use them needs to understand that they are likely to close down at some point in the future. The manager or owner I spoke to said they face the same issues at some point but are not sure when. I would like to reiterate that the staff are second to none, and it's a shame that the staff work for such an unreliable company. I would recommend this company if you have a second option or are looking for short term care.
