We had to find a new childminder on a short notice and wow I cannot explain what a gem we have found in Nelly and Julie. Nelly provides a loving and warm environment and so many opportunities for learning. She does circle time and sings songs with them, arts and crafts, outside play and more. When I picked my son up I could always tell that he had had an amazing day. I also appreciated how much she kept me updated with little videos as well as a diary! Unfortunately, we have moved away now but I will forever be thankful for finding Nelly.

Nelly and Julie have made us feel so reassured with leaving our little boy in their care. They give us regular updates on how he is throughout the day and a written log at the end of the day of what he's done and eaten etc. The house is so well equipped for children and a safe and fulfilling environment. All the children are happy and thriving and it's clear to see! Thank you Nelly!

I was so happy when I found Nelly! When you meet her, you immediately feel an overwhelming sense of calm and warmth! Her care and love for my 2.5 year old daughter (and all the kids) is just wonderful to see. Nelly teaches them, gives them outdoor adventures and always provides amazingly smelling home-cooked food.
My daughter has a lovely bond with Nelly and when we’re at home and at the weekend sometimes, my daughter calls me Nelly.
I highly recommend her service.

Nelly has been amazing, our youngest is currently there and enjoying it, our eldest recently left for Nursery and is very much missing it.
Nelly always cooks tasty meals and the kids always come home clean and tidy. Nelly does lots of engaging and stimulating activities with them every day, and often takes them out on little adventures.
Highly recommend!

My son started with Nelly when he was 9months old and he has been in her care since then. I returned to work with confidence knowing fully well that he is being looked after. Nelly is so good at what she does and all the children love her! She provides regular updates with photos & videos and the children enjoy fun activities all year round. There’s this aura she exudes that makes everyone feel happy & confident around her. I can recommend her over and over again.

My son loves Nelly... She is doing everything that parent would love. She teaches him, going to park, feeding him well. Really outstanding childminder.

My 2 yr old daughter has been at this setting for around 5 months now and she loves it. She settled in straight away and has formed great relationships with Nelly and the other children there. She has also come on leaps and bounds with her communication, learning and potty training. I know she is in very safe and capable hands.

My son adores Nelly, he loves his time with her. She has been an incremental part of his development and so pleased as to how far he has come and how much he is expressing himself through his words as it had been a little worry of ours that was kept an eye on.
She offers a warm, safe, clean, friendly and inviting environment and what we love is that she likes to take my son to the local park and shops so he isn’t stuck inside all day. She also has a lovely garden they tend to play in.
Home cooked healthy food which my son loves and sends us pictures and updated throughout the day of what my son has been doing which is lovely.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Nelly to anyone who is looking for a super childminder.

I was a little nervous of how my then 18 months old daughter would settle with a childminder in a new environment as we just relocated to Dartford. We spoke to a few childminders in the neighbourhood before signing up. After we met Nelly, my little girl made the decision herself, she was drawn to Nelly from the very first day.
The very clean environment and nursery setup made it quiet easy for us to decide as well. A decision we are very happy with.
She has learnt a lot in the last 7-8 months and there has been very noticeable improvement in her development. Nelly sends videos and pictures to track her learning and activities.
My daughter loves and enjoys her day so much, especially the outdoor activities, sometimes she doesn't want to leave. I can also drop off my daughter and go to work with a peace of mind that she would be well looked after.
Nell Cuddies tot is highly recommended

My two children started with Nelly 2 months ago. I was very anxious about leaving my children but Nelly has made the transition easier by first introducing settling in days for my children which they both enjoyed. Throughout the day I would get pictures of my children and communicate what they are up to which put my mind at ease. Nelly has a diary of each child which you take home which shows you the develop your child is making. I would highly recommend her. Nelly is extremely flexible which fits in with my shift work pattern.
My son & daughter settled in from the start. My son has developed a lot since he has been with Nelly. I have notice a big development in his communication. Nelly educates the children while they are having fun learning. My children enjoy trips out with Nelly such as going to the park. My children are always clean and happy at the end of the day. Nelly's home is always clean and very welcoming.
