About Me
My name is Nelly Eluwa-Myers & I reside around the Temple Hill area of Dartford with my 16 year old son and husband . I have had my first OFSTED inspection with rating as “GOOD” in 2016 and in June 2025.
I have a natural aura that endears children to me and I understand how Parents wish to have a motherly care provided for their little ones whilst at work because I have been in a similar situation . For this reason , I look after children with a motherly touch ,updating parents with their child's 'wao' moments through out our day. I also love listening to, encouraging, enabling, engaging and motivating children to learn.
My aim is to ensure that children under my care are safe, fed well with healthy meals and are engaged with simulating activities that can help their daily development . Depending on the weather , we try to do outings at least 2x a week to the nearby parks or to the lakes to feed the ducks and periodically plan farm trips too. I equally do meet up with fellow childminders almost each week.
One of my favourite things to do is potty training as it’s fulfilling to see the children finally learn how to do it.
My Experience
I have a wealth of knowledge from successfully organised summer camps for children age 1-13.
I have worked as a backup childminder too.
I have also worked in a Nursery with an OFSTED inspection as outstanding

My Fees
- Childminding from £10.00 per hour
£80 FULL DAY (meal inclusive ) £90 BABY UNDER 1 YEAR
Opening hrs 7:30am / closing hrs 6pm
Contracted days full fees are payable when you go on holiday. You don’t have to pay me when I’m on holiday . Minimum of 1 month notice is given to parents when I’m going on holidays .
I don’t work on bank holidays & don’t charge for bank holidays too.

Wow – where does one even start to describe the service provided by Nells Cuddly Tots? The phrase “home from home” doesn’t do it justice. My wife and I have been truly impressed by the professionalism, care, attention to detail, and genuine dedication to providing an exceptional experience for our daughter.
Nelly and her team put the child at the heart of everything they do. It has been a joy to watch our daughter grow and develop while attending Nells Cuddly Tots.
For many parents, leaving your child in the care of a childminder or nursery can feel daunting. What Nelly does exceptionally well is keep you fully informed throughout the day, providing regular updates on your child’s activities and progress.
Our daughter initially attended Nelly’s provision two days a week, while also going to nursery three days a week. She settled in extremely quickly, which led us to move her to Nelly full-time.
We couldn’t recommend Nells Cuddly Tots enough.

Nelly has been such a great carer to my son, She treats all the kids like her own.
My son has been there just over a year and he loves it, they have so much fun with days out, trips to the park, playing and learning at Nelly's.
We get daily updates on what's app with his progress and always lets us know how his day is going.
It's very sad we have to leave now as he will be starting school! but my partner and I are very grateful with the interactiveness, care, love and family vibes that Nells cuddly tots give.

Nelly is absolutely amazing and truly caring, and attentive to my daughters needs, my daughter is 18 months, 17 months when she started with Nelly, it was only for 6 weeks as unfortunately we already have a place in a nursery but that isn’t till September and Nelly kindly agreed to have my daughter for the 6 weeks prior to this.
Honestly, from the first time my daughter came home in a fresh spare pair of clothes I knew, Nelly really cares.
From the WhatsApp updates I get - to our chats about my daughter at pick up and drop off I knew she really cares.
Nelly even suggested potty training my daughter which I wasn’t thinking about doing till late September but with Nelly’s help we were able to start.
Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for my daughter, we will truly miss you!

Wish we could’ve had more time!
From the time I got introduced to your precious one at the park by my colleague, I got drawn to her by her smile and fun self.
I have thoroughly enjoyed this 6 weeks looking after her as she’s so easy to be looked after though we got off on a wrong foot with her meals , as u know children settle differently , being picky and all but we did get there in the end as she became open to eating more varieties provided as opposed to the start .
As long as I have the availability, I am a ring away should u need a backup care in the future .

I am going to struggle to find the words to explain how amazing Nell and Julie are. Beautiful people inside and out! So caring and attentive; I have always felt very comfortable leaving my daughter in their hands while I had to work. I have also really noticed my daughters development come along since starting here back at the beginning of February; her speech and manners are amazing for a 2 year old, saying please and thank you without being prompted - which I think I have to thank Nell for!
You can tell that they truly care about all of the children in their care; they feed the children nutritious food, trips out, lots of different activities throughout the day (keeping you updated with pictures and messages) and are always present and available. A beautiful, clean setting for my child to thrive in! And that's why it makes me so sad having to take my daughter out of Nell and Julie's care due to us moving house/area.
Nell has truly been a blessing to our family and I am so glad we found her! Not only has she helped me look after my daughter but I have made a friend for life. I highly recommend!!!

I visited from Canada and had to put my boy in the daycare. Nells Cuddly Tots was the closest to me. My boy had a great experience with Nells. They took good care of him.

Our little one has been going to Nelly's since he was 7 months. Nelly made us feel so comfortable with her erradicating all the uncertainties we had. Our son looks forward to attending. While in Nelly's care she sends photos and videos of their activities which is always really nice to see. Her place is also very nice and clean.
This is home away from home and would highly recommend.

Thanks Carolyne for trusting me with ur little one from that age , it’s been an absolute pleasure watching him blossoming into an independent toddler these days .
We had to find a new childminder on a short notice and wow I cannot explain what a gem we have found in Nelly and Julie. Nelly provides a loving and warm environment and so many opportunities for learning. She does circle time and sings songs with them, arts and crafts, outside play and more. When I picked my son up I could always tell that he had had an amazing day. I also appreciated how much she kept me updated with little videos as well as a diary! Unfortunately, we have moved away now but I will forever be thankful for finding Nelly.

Nelly and Julie have made us feel so reassured with leaving our little boy in their care. They give us regular updates on how he is throughout the day and a written log at the end of the day of what he's done and eaten etc. The house is so well equipped for children and a safe and fulfilling environment. All the children are happy and thriving and it's clear to see! Thank you Nelly!

I was so happy when I found Nelly! When you meet her, you immediately feel an overwhelming sense of calm and warmth! Her care and love for my 2.5 year old daughter (and all the kids) is just wonderful to see. Nelly teaches them, gives them outdoor adventures and always provides amazingly smelling home-cooked food.
My daughter has a lovely bond with Nelly and when we’re at home and at the weekend sometimes, my daughter calls me Nelly.
I highly recommend her service.

Nelly has been amazing, our youngest is currently there and enjoying it, our eldest recently left for Nursery and is very much missing it.
Nelly always cooks tasty meals and the kids always come home clean and tidy. Nelly does lots of engaging and stimulating activities with them every day, and often takes them out on little adventures.
Highly recommend!
