I don’t even know where to begin, Luiza is just simply amazing. Taís has been with Luiza since April 2023. The growth and development that Taís has demonstrated is just amazing and that’s all thanks to Luizas reinforcement. Communication is great!! Luiza sends pictures and constantly updating me whether it be about a good day or bad day. Luiza is so caring and treats her the children in her care as her own. She also has an amazing family, which just makes everything easier. Taís loves Luizas older son and daughter!!! Words are not enough to express how grateful and thankful i am for Luizas help and support throughout the last few months. I would highly recommend xx

Luiza has been looking after our little girl for almost 2 years, and we’re so glad we found her. Being first time parents, we were very anxious about finding the right person and setting for our daughter when I returned to work. Luiza has been better than we could have hoped for, she takes the children out every day to different parks, playgroups and meet ups with other childminders, and has a lovely home with a playroom, lots of toys and craft activities (we have a wall full of artwork she’s brought home). Her family are also great with the children, so it really feels like a home from home environment.
Our daughter is very sporty, chatty and outgoing, and Luiza’s care and the variety of activities she provides has definitely played a big factor in this. She gives attention to the children’s development, so our daughter has learnt a lot during her time with her, including developing her language skills, learning colours, numbers etc. Luiza suggested when our child was ready for toilet training and offered us advice with this as well as taking a lead training her. Luiza is also good at teaching the children the right behaviours and they know where boundaries are.
On top of what she’s done for our daughter, she’s also helped us as first time parents offering advice when requested, and knows lots of toddler friendly places to go or activities to try out in the local area. She has been extremely reliable and never let us down, and gives more than enough notice of any planned holidays. We’ll miss seeing her each day, but we’re really hoping Luiza will have availability to look after our little boy when my current maternity leave ends, and I know she’s already cared for many siblings, which shows just how much many families love her.

We were planning to see quite a few childminders before we made our mind up but once we met Luiza in her home we were sold, she looked after my daughter for three years and she was brilliant.
Her home where she works is warm, comfortable and safe for children, has a lovely play room that all the children loved and Luiza's family are all lovely and treat the children being cared for like a part of the family.
Luiza provides nutritious meals that my daughter thoroughly enjoyed (she still won't eat my chilli con carne) and is understanding to the children's eating habits without being a pushover.
Her positive influence on my daughter is impossible to exaggerate and we still use her name as a correcting tool on my daughters' behaviour (what would Luiza say if you were behaving like this?)
My daughter wasn't just watched and looked after, she was listened to, nurtured, trusted, protected, taught and loved by an amazing woman who my whole family miss.
I cannot recommend Luiza enough and I would immediately put any of my family or friends in touch with her should they find the need for childcare.
As a first time father I was very particular and nervous about leaving my daughter with anyone but felt totally at ease knowing she was in the care of such a loving, decent, experienced and honest woman.
We really do LOVE Luiza and are glad she was a part of our lives so if you're looking for a childminder do yourself a favour!......She's great.

Luiza is a phenomenal child minder and our daughter has been extremely happy for the last two years in her care. She has created a happy, friendly home from home in which our daughter has thrived and has embraced the transition to nursery as a result.
Luiza has provided our daughter with an excellent foundation for the future and we can’t thank her, or recommend her enough.

Wonderful experience with Luiza as childminder, she's been looking after our 2 years old daughter, with value and professional services, I would like to recommend her services.
Luiza was able to devellop and raised our daughter with loves and guidances.
She was also capable to respect my daughter food supplement diary.
She has a very clean garden and play room available for kids at home.
Looking forward to work with Luiza for the next one...

Luiza has been childminding my son 2.5 years. She looks after him for 3 days each week.
We have been extremely happy with the care my son has received, and the great progress he has made . Luiza’s home is always welcoming, clean and well organised and my son has great fun playing with all the toys available and with the other children in her care. Her family is amazing and my son loves her children.
She provides a wide, fun range of activities including plenty of outdoor exercise, also crafting, painting.
The main meals and snack she provides for the children are healthy.
The most important for us was that my son has been treated as part of her family and we are very grateful.
Luiza is kind, caring, trustworthy and true professional.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Luiza to any parents considering her. In our view you will not find better childminder! If we need childcare services in the future we would definitely not hesitate contact her.

We have a 2.5yr old little boy and he has been with Luiza for over a year. It has been a real comfort knowing that our boy has enjoyed being at Luiza's, and really likes her family as well who have made him feel welcome, loved and part of the family. Our boy isnt a great eater at home but with luiza she has offered a variety of food and helped develop his eating issues with alot of patience and he always ate very well with her! He is obviously more well behaved with her than with us but I think I wouldnt have been able to teach him as many things as Luiza has, such as manners, potty training, listening skills etc. Luiza has lots of toys that Arlo likes playing with and she takes him to different playgroups and park outings. Highly recommend Luiza, she is very experienced in looking after and developing children. She is very dedicated and passionate. We would still continue with Luiza if my work contract hadnt ended! We are very sad to have let her go!

I would not hesitate to recommend Luiza to any family. She looked after my twin girls, from when they were 13 months old, but during that tricky time of returning to work and the following months I saw the girls make significant developmental progress and my girls were always happy to go to her. As a mum herself of older children, she was also able to give me so much advice and support, that I was able to return to work confident that I was leaving the girls in the best possible care.
Luiza has a loving family, with amazing kids, which I think is testament to how she looks after the children she cares for. The girls loved her and her family from the start and we had little difficulty settling the girls as she is so caring. Luiza built on and helped develop the girls daily routine. Her home, is the main setting where she looks after the children, and it is expansive and not limited to a front room. There are lots of toys and stimulus to entertain them during the day. She takes the children to daily play groups and has a strong network of other nannies and childminders to arrange afternoon play dates. The meals she made looked healthy and nutritious and I've stolen tips and ideas from her of what to cook them. She provided great communication about what the girls had been up to. We also found her very professional, motivated and organised and therefore all the paperwork was in order and she followed the guidance available about encouraging our girls development.
Overall I think that Luiza is an amazing childminder as she is just great with kids, she only has a limited number of children so it felt like she provided individual care, she is really experienced as she has her own older children and she just felt like she was part of the family from the beginning as she is so kind and caring.
We were very sad that Luiza couldn't come with us when we moved to our new home.

My daughter is currently with Luiza and has been since she was 8 months old, she is now 2 years 2 months old. When I found Luiza I think we had visited around ten other childminders, considered a nanny and visited a nursery.
I saw how Luiza was interacting with the other two girls she had and that was the tipping point for me. I could see how happy and comfortable the girls were with her.
I did a few settling in sessions before my daughter started and my friends would see Luiza at local children’s groups with sienna and tell me they had seen her- it was always incredibly positive. I was quite anxious when I returned back to work and Luiza was very understanding of that.
Luiza works well with routine and has appropriate boundaries. She is a very caring childminder. Luiza has a good knowledge of appropriate age development and uses tools and games to support children to progress. My daughter has favourite books at Luiza’s and brings art work home every week.
One thing I really wanted was a childminder that actively did things with the children as my daughter really enjoys the outdoors. Luiza goes out everyday with her and I get photos of what they have been up to and a daily written report in her little book. Luiza has also taken her out for day trips which she has really enjoyed. My daughter talks positively of Luiza saying she would like to see her and gets excited on the way in the morning.
My daughter's social communication skills are really good and i really think this is because she mixes with the other children at Luiza’s, but also that Luiza takes the children to children’s groups. My daughter is very polite and I know that a lot of that has come from Luiza. She always says please and then thank you.
Luiza is also good at sharing if she is concerned about something and has an accident book for any little bumps. She also listens if you want anything in the daily routine changing. I am very happy with my daughters diet , I give my daughter breakfast but I know luiza has offered to do this many times, the lunch and dinner she has is very varied and all healthy. I’ve also had a sneaky taste when my daughters dinner has come home with her because she hasn’t eaten and the food is home cooked and delicious ! I specifically said I didn’t want my daughter having biscuits so Luiza will give breadstick as a treat instead.
Luiza has never let us down the whole time my daughter has been there, she is extremely reliable and is flexible. We are extremely happy with the choice we made to have Luiza as our daughter's childminder and if I had another child I would certainly send them to Luiza’s. My daughter is incredibly happy there.

Luiza has been looking after my daughter since she was 11 months old and now she is ready for preschool from September 2018.
I will highly recommend her as she is great with kids , professional, caring and her whole family is so much part of my daughter ‘s life . I trust her completely to keep them active, feed them and ensure they are learning age appropriate skills .
She has never taken sudden leave and has always flexible with my needs and requirements.
She most certainly enjoys taking care of kids and have good clean , spacious place with loads of toys ..,
I can’t recommend her enough.
I have no issues in past 2+ years .
