My son has been attending Tina's childminding since November. We moved area and so he had to leave a private nursery and find somewhere new. Tina was recommended to me by a friend and I am so grateful for the recommendation! He absolutely adores Tina, Eloise and Carol. They look after him like he is their own. He is always happy going in and loves his time there. He makes lovely arts and crafts while there and they take him out regularly to a variety of settings. I am updated every day and the communication between us is fabulous. She is flexible within reason and such such a lovely person. She is warm and nurturing and I feel my son is making such progress there. The house itself is beautiful and there's so much to do for the children. We opt in for meals to be provided within setting and the variety of food my son gets is great! I sing her praises to everyone I know!

Highly recommended childminder

My son has recently moved to Tina’s childminding and I already can’t recommend her enough. My boy settled immediately and he absolutely loves going to see Tina, Carol and Elouise. Tina allowed us to do shorter settling in sessions to make his transition a very positive one. She takes the children on lovely trips out to various places including forest school and playgroups. She sends photos each day and she also fills in a daily diary which provides opportunities for parents to send any messages. I love the Facebook page which provides more updates on the activities the children have been doing. Tina already knows my son very well, she knows his strengths and the things he needs to work on. She plans wonderful activities for the children and my child often comes home with lovely pictures he has made. Tina’s setting provides opportunities for the children to access all areas of the early years curriculum. Her outdoor area is absolutely brilliant and I would love to try and create the same space for my son at home. When I first visited Tina I couldn’t believe how brilliant her setting was considering it’s in her own home. I can’t recommend Tina’s childminding enough, I was so anxious about moving my son, but it has been incredibly positive. I can’t thank-you enough, thank-you Tina.

Outstanding childminder

I can't explain how much my son loves being at tinas, it's no surprise ofstead gave outstanding in all areas. Friendly staff who genuinely care about the children and get to really know them, fresh home cooked meals, learning that follows EYFS and trips out to add more learning experiences for the children, you literally couldn't ask for more. The daily diary's, fb group and the photo album and workbook is just an added extra that takes this setting to another level.
So happy that we got a place here.

Childminder

Both our children have attended Tina’s. We have a five year age gap and our daughter attended as part of before and after school wrap around whereas our son went from 9 months old and is still there now 10 years on in wrap around.

Our only regret is that we did not find her when our daughter was born.

Tina is amazing with the children and we all feel like an extension of each others families. The children love her and the environment she creates enabled them to develop in a safe, fun environment.

Also as working parents, the knowledge that Tina is / was looking after them allowed us as parents to go to work relaxed and unworried about the welfare of our children.

Simply amazing.

Outstanding

Where do i start.....
From day 1 when we met Tina we knew our little boy would have an amazing time. We have nearly been with Tina for 2 years and Thomas's confidence just keeps blooming with support from the girls. We love how he comes out smiling and telling us what he has done for the day and how he is building friendships with his friends.
Tina takes time out to speak to us with how he's developing and reassures us if and when had concerns.
Would definitely recommend Tina and the girls for any childcare, they are brilliant and your child will be well looked after and loved.

Best choice we ever made

Our little boy has been with Tina’s childminding since he was 10 months old and is the most charismatic, confident and clever little boy and we owe a lot to Tina. She treats him like one of her own and he has been so happy there. He has made a lovely group of friends and he amazes us daily with everything he has learnt there. He starts school today and he has gone into school with so much knowledge that he has been given at Tina’s. I would highly recommend to anyone, Thankyou so much Tina

Another level of care

Well where do I start...
Tina's Childminding outstanding to say the least!! Between my two girls, I have had 6years of care provided by Tina's Childminding and I am extremely thankful for every second of it. Not only has she helped to care for them and develop their abilities and skills but also worked with other professionals to support myself and my children as a family not only just the individual child. We have been able to build an amazing bond between us and able to work together to support everyone to the best in day to day life. Tina's Childminding has supported myself with meeting the changeable needs of my daughter's allergies and intolerances by providing her with a balanced diet to meet her individual needs which has been a weight lifted off my shoulders. I have to say I am gonna be sad that I have no children left to send her way but that only means one thing... There's a place for a very lucky parent to snatch whilst they can and experience the amazing support and care that we have.
Keep doing what your doing, the proof is written to show the hard work you put in to everyday.

Can’t thank you enough

I can’t recommend Tina highly enough for all the amazing work she does. My daughter is like a different child since attending Tina’s Childminding. She has developed in so many ways, not just academically but socially and physically too. She has grown in confidence beyond belief and is now interacting with other children, much happier in new situations and wanting to try new things.
Nothing is too much trouble and I’ll still never know how you manage to do all you do on a daily basis Tina! I can’t recommend you highly enough, thank you for everything.

Like family

My son has been with Tina now since he was 8 months old. He's now 3 and will be starting his final year with Tina very soon. Ever since my son started at Tina's, he has come on leaps and bounds. He's such a clever little boy and a huge social butterfly. Tina is a brilliant childminder in many, many ways. The one thing that stood out to me the most was how I saw her treat my son... Just as I would. The care and passion she has for her job and the kids she cares for is beyond what I would ever expect in a childminder.
I'm extremely sad that my son will be beginning his final year with Tina in September, but I can not thank her enough for all that she has done for my boy. I know he adores Tina, her home and all his friends that he has made along the way and I know he looking forward to everything new to come

Home from Home

Iv had Tina look after both my children from 6 weeks old and couldn’t have asked for any better.

They both love going and sees it as their second home and they are very confident & comfortable in the environment.

Any advice or help need with the kids she helps ie how to potty train , get riding a dummy , behaviour issues and what I do at home she does with them also.

I couldn’t recommend her enough she has been great and helped both my children grow and get ready for school.

Food is great, they get a home cooked meal which they both enjoy.

Outside is my daughter’s favourite garden is brill for the kids!
