My daughter has been attending Lolo’s Day Care for almost a year now, and we have been so happy with the care provided by Lorena and her lovely team!
The settling-in period can be difficult for any family, but everyone at Lolo’s Daycare made us feel reassured throughout the whole process. Our daughter was so well cared for from the beginning, and since then we can confidently say that she has thrived.
As Lorena, I am also from Brazil, and it was very important for us to find someone who could celebrate and embrace our culture. We have especially appreciated how she has spoken Portuguese with our daughter and helped her maintain that connection to her Brazilian roots.
The setting is fun and engaging, with plenty of activities, outings and outdoor play. Now that the weather is warmer, the children make great use of the lovely garden and enjoy lots of different activities.
They also use an app to keep parents updated throughout the day with photos and information about what the children have been doing. We really appreciate this, as it’s lovely to see how happy our daughter is and get a glimpse into her day.
We are so grateful to the team for creating such a warm, caring and nurturing environment, and we would highly recommend Lolo’s Day Care to other families.

Our daughter joined Lolo Day Care when she was ten months old and spent two wonderful years there. It’s never easy leaving your child in someone else’s care for the first time, but from the very beginning, the warmth and kindness of Lolo and her team gave us complete trust and comfort.
The setting has such a calm, nurturing atmosphere and beautifully embraces the Montessori approach. They fill the days with creativity and fun — from sensory play to a wide variety of local outings that broadened her world in the most wonderful ways.
They supported her development more than we could have hoped for, helping her grow in confidence and curiosity.
We’ll never forget the love and attention they gave. They even recorded and sent us videos of her first steps — memories we’ll cherish forever.
Lolo and her team truly made our daughter the happy, thriving little person she is today, and we couldn’t recommend Lolo Day Care more highly.

I could not speak more highly of Lolo’s daycare. My daughter was extremely attached to me as a baby so I was worried about her starting childcare. Lorena was so supportive during the settling process and tailored it to suit my daughter. Her and her incredible staff were so loving towards her and communicated so well with my partner and I. Since settling there, she has thrived, both socially, in her speech and in her learning. She is so excited to go in every morning! They give the children such wonderful experiences - trips out, enriching play in the setting and garden and excellent food. We are eternally grateful.

I wanted to express how incredibly happy we are with the care our daughter receives at Lolo’s daycare. She absolutely loves going and always talks about her friends and what they get up to.
My daughter loves the healthy vegetarian food provided and the wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. It’s fantastic that she has access to a lovely big garden, and can do trips to places like the Horniman Museum, as well as the various craft activities they do.
Before coming to Lolo’s, my daughter was in a different nursery for a while, but after her epilepsy diagnosis, we decided to look for a calmer environment closer to home. Lolo went above and beyond to accommodate her specific needs, including undertaking the necessary medical training. We are so grateful to have found her, and it gives us immense peace of mind knowing our daughter is safe and well-cared for in such a warm and welcoming setting. She settled in remarkably quickly, which speaks volumes about the nurturing atmosphere at Lolo’s.

From the moment we stepped into Lolo’s we knew our daughter was in kind and loving hands.
Lolo, Indie and the team genuinely love and care for each child.
The environment is fun and creative, the food is amazing (all healthy vegetarian meals).
Our daughters development has come on leaps and bounds and that’s definitely hugely down to the team at Lolo’s.
Couldn’t recommend them highly enough

Our daughter has been at Lolos for 18 months now and she absolutely loves it, as do we! No day is the same with so much thought and effort going into each new activity both inside and outside, which has definitely supported our child's development during her time there!
The setting is lovely with so much for the children to experience and they are always encouraged to get outside when they can and make use of the lovely garden.
The food offered is also fab and super healthy and has certainly helped widen our daughters taste buds.
Lolos made the transition of placing our daughter into childcare when we went back to work a much easier one and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a childminder within the area!

Our 15 month old son has been in Lolo and Gaby’s care for the last 4 months & I couldn’t be happier. We originally registered to send him to nursery & wanted a childminder in place as a back up but they quickly became our first choice after meeting them both.
It’s so lovely to know he is looked after so well, eating homemade healthy food, spending time outdoors, socialising with the other children with lots of play time and cuddles throughout the day. He’s very happy to go there and loves spending time with them.
Lolo has babysat for us a few times which is a real bonus, as our son is always so excited to see her!
Our son was going through a phase of separation anxiety before joining but I needn’t have worried- the settling in period was very thorough including me spending the first session with him and it was great to see how much fun the children were having.
Gabi & Lolo are flexible and attentive to our sons needs & we would highly recommend to anyone.

Lolo and Gabi look after our daughter so well I never worry about her and that's truly the best gift you can get as a parent! As soon as we met them we knew they were the right ones for our baby as she needs friendly faces and lots of cuddles. We leave her in the morning knowing she gets all the warmth and attention she could possibly want, as well as new experiences and plenty of playtime. Her development has increased rapidly and she's really bloomed whilst she's been at Lolo's, she is a very happy baby and we are very happy parents!

Our son has been with Lolo and Gabi for about 6 months now. From the very thoughtful and gentle settling in period till now, we have been so happy with the care they have given him. He absolutely loves them both, it’s so reassuring to see how they greet him in the mornings and how he excitedly runs to give them a hug.
Lolo and Gabi have created a very nurturing environment, with good routine of varied activities and nap times, also a really tasty sounding menu of balanced healthy food. I really value their experience and knowledge, and can tell they genuinely love being with the children they care for, which is such a big relief! Would definitely recommend them.

Our girls have been with Lolo and Gabi since they were 1. We had never left them with anyone before and I was quite anxious about how they would handle the transition, but Lolo and Gabi really took the time to get to know the girls, their likes and dislikes, their routine and what was important to us. It was particularly important to me that the girls had strong attachments to those caring for them, but I needn't have worried! The girls love Lolo and Gabi, who have been so affectionate with them - they both seem to truly love and feel passionate about children. I love that the girls get out and about every day (parks, playgrounds, playgroups). Lolo and Gabi also organise fun activities for the children (painting, baking etc) and have put together a great menu of homemade food. Lolo and Gabi are flexible, lovely to deal with and reliable - but most importantly I know the girls are happy and safe with them.

We have been so impressed by the wonderful Lolo and Gabi who look after our daughter several days a week. From the start, there was thoughtful consideration about settling-in sessions, supporting us and our baby with the transition to childcare. They are both amazing with our daughter, who has bonded well and settled in quickly, and thrived in their care. They provide a healthy varied menu, and offer varied activities in the day including local playgroups and parks. They keep us updated where necessary and send a lovely photo most days. They also provide helpful debriefs at the end of the day. I would highly recommend Lolo and Gabi to anyone looking for a childminder (or babysitter) in the area and trust them fully! A+++++++

Our experience with Lolo's and her assistant Gabi has been incredible. They are both so kind, nurturing and encouraging of the child's development.
My son started at 13 months old and suffered badly from separation anxiety. Lolo & Gabi were really supportive and worked closely with us to help encourage his independence and I am happy to say that at 15 months old he is engaging well with them, sleeping well and is happy playing independently and taking part in group activities e.g. story time, singing, music time, outdoor play, play group meet-ups.
The food provided is AMAZING, my son eats everything offered and the menu is varied and nutritious - they even get healthy ice lollies on a hot day, what's not to love?!
We receive daily updates on whatsapp along with pictures and any specific observations they have made whilst he's been there. We have found this to be really reassuring, it's great to see him enjoying his time there and to see what they have been up to, as no day is the same!
Lolo and Gabi have been a real life line for our family, as we have had previous bad experience with another nursery and I will be forever grateful to them both for giving my son the most amazing start to his life outside of our home. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

not currently registered. Carer started off very good but towards the end of the month it seemed like she really wasn't interested but didn't want to say anything. I've paid her for days she hasn't turned up and as she's not registered currently i won't get that money back. I've learnt a lesson

Yesterday I have received a message from you asking if I was available on this following weekend. You didn’t give me a chance to reply blocking me on WhatsApp without knowing if I could or not. That was a last minute request. So obviously I had to check. The days I”I didn’t” turned up you were tested positive for Covid , and you said your son were staying with his grandparents. Last time I offered you to pick your son up after lunch , since you sent me a message saying you just had woke up , that was 10:30 am. I have been waiting for you to tell me when ou needed me again since you had Covid…. I am still available on the weekends , upon advanced notice. I hope you have recovered well.
