Both our kids attended this setting with Atefeh and her lovely team from 1 year old until they went to pre school full time. We were so happy with the care, attention , learning , fun and love they received during their time here and they both still talk about all the happy and fun times they had and how they miss Ate and the team! It’s a great size setting with enough kids to be social and exposure to different ages but still very individualised care. The trips they go on in the local area are incredible and the home cooked food made all the parents salivate - we always hoped for take out on collection!! As we don’t have local family I couldn’t have asked to leave my kids with anyone better and we will keep in touch with the team despite having moved out of the area now. Thanks for giving the kids a supportive and great start in life!

I was incredibly fortunate to meet Atefeh and her lovely team (all of whom are WONDERFUL too!) over 5 years ago when I had my first daughter and needed to return to work. Since then she has taken care of both my daughters, one of whom found it particularly hard to be separated from me, and Atefeh couldn’t have been more kind and encouraging, going above and beyond to help make her feel safe and happy - which she very soon was!! The size of her setting is perfect - enough children for them all to meet lots of others and form new friendships, but also small enough to ensure more individualised care - they really do care deeply about each and every child in their care and offer them so much fun, support, encouragement and love. Atefeh herself has extensive knowledge and experience caring for children and they regularly take them out on day trips and exciting adventures. She and her team have become like family and I recommend her without hesitation!

I found Atefeh and her wonderful setting and team nearly 5 years when I was looking to return to work. My son was 11 months so I wanted to find a smaller setting than a nursery, but more than 1:1 care, so my son could interact with other children - Ate’s was the sweet spot between both. When I had my daughter 2 years later, it was without hesitation that I sent her as well for 3 full days as well. Daily activities, delicious home cooked food, regular trips out and great guidance, care, attention and love from all the team! My children, as well as I, were very sad we have to say goodbye when they joined school last year. I couldn’t recommend Atefeh and her setting enough, I still feel very fortunate that my children, and I, had the support and growth while being there!

We have been with Ati for 7 years and she has cared for all three of our children. Like all new parents I was nervous finding that setting for our first born child but as soon as I met Ati and Hassan I immediately felt at ease. Her warmth and love for the children is instantly obvious. Her and her team are the warmest, kindest people you could hope to look after your child. But beyond that, she is incredibly professional, supporting the children in their development and helping them prepare for school. They take them out for outings to exciting, interesting places as well as constantly coming up with new crafts and activities to help them learn and have fun. And the food is incredible!
We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Ati. She and her team are rare breed.

Ate and her team are simply amazing. Our son was in such great hands. He loved her setting and all the fun amazing activities they would do. Ate and her team really go to great lengths to help with settling in, potty training, food etc everything. They are just incredible and we will be missing them greatly. Our son has settled in so well and made some incredible friends. Beautiful memories ❤️

Words cannot describe how fantastic Atefeh and her team at Waterlily childminders are. The setting is a home away from home. Having a lockdown baby, we worried needlessly about our 1 year old daughter and how she would settle but we really need not have. The love and support she was shown by Atefeh and everyone in the setting was second to none. Atefeh was always there to help with any problem or concern we may have had and even potty trained our daughter when the time was right! The outings, activities, educational tasks, the food, the premises and the daily group feedback you get are all fantastic. Atefeh really made us all feel like we were part of one big family. I highly recommend Atefeh and Waterlily childminders. They are simply the best!

We could not say enough wonderful things about Ati and her team. We have been sending our son for almost two years and he runs past the gate every day without looking back. They are very caring and loving but also challenge him and we are always amazed by what he has learnt (this week coming back and reciting the days of the week). We get daily updates about what they are doing and weekly updates on the food they are having (keeping all the parents very jealous at the array of incredible home cooked food they get). Their daily updates include outings to museums, parks, Hampton Court and Kew Gardens.
My son started at just 7 months and they were fantastic at helping him settle but also letting me feel confident about leaving him. Our second child will be starting at a similar age in September and we can’t wait for him to get the same experience.
We have been so lucky to find Ati and would recommend to any parent!

Our daughter went to Atefeh's setting for two and a half years, and I would certainly recommend her. Ate has demonstrated tremendous responsibility in taking care of our daughter. She is kind, trustworthy and great with children.
It is clear to me that working as a childminder is a passion for Ate. She loves working with the children, and I see this manifest in her communication skills and creative ideas for activities. She keeps the children occupied and most importantly, safe. She always goes the extra mile to ensure kids learn and have fun.
Ultimately, Ate is an excellent childminder because she is so trustworthy. She is held to high responsibility.
We couldn't have chose a better option to take care of our little daughter.

We met Atefeh in Dec 2017/Jan 2018 when we were desperately looking for childcare. Atefeh was fully flexible taking us on at the last minute. She offered a visit to see her facilities and offered us a place as long as we needed before my maternity leave. Her setting was better than any we had visited and she was better than any temporary nanny we interviewed. We really liked the fact that Atefeh had a separate purpose built (and to a good standard) facility for looking after kids, and it wasn’t inside her own living space. The setting operations really won our hearts, with daily outings to various locations: the farm; key gardens; Hampton Court; soft plays; Natural History Museum etc etc. Atefeh and her team took my daughter to place I hadn’t even gotten around to! So much so that as an older 4.5 year old (she started just shy of 3), she begged to go to Atefeh’s instead of holiday sports clubs! The care was excellent as was the attention to detail for each child. The daily updates were great, plus the frequent birthdays and parties and events! After maternity leave we sent our 10 month old there full time and her older sister joined her after school pick up by Atefeh. She has loved it so much that during lockdown she kept asking for Atefeh and team. Infact the only way I could get her to do things was with the promise of calling Atefeh.

Atefeh and her team cared for our daughter from 13 months old. She settled quickly and thrived on the routine that the setting offers. There is a perfect balance of trips out, arts, crafts and free play. Ottilie always ate well at the setting (far better than at home), and loved the frequent birthday parties and disco’s. Most importantly, she was completely loved, nurtured and received consistently high quality care all day, everyday. We highly recommend Atefeh and her team and are very sad to leave due to relocation.
