Atefeh Gave Us Complete Peace of Mind

We contacted Atefeh when my wife and I needed someone to look after our two-year-old daughter while we were away. Our daughter is extremely attached to us and had never attended nursery or been cared for by someone outside the family during the previous six months. She normally never sleeps without me, so we were naturally very worried about how she would settle.
Atefeh made the whole experience easy and reassuring. She took excellent care of our daughter, helped her feel safe and comfortable, and even managed to settle her to sleep, which was a big achievement for us. Our daughter enjoyed her time there, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in safe hands.
Atefeh’s childcare setting is clean, neat, well organised, and professional, with all the facilities children need. She is caring, patient, attentive, and reliable. We are very grateful for the wonderful care she provided and would happily recommend Atefeh to other parents.

Professional, Caring and Highly Recommended

I contacted her through Childcare.co.uk and arranged for my daughter to stay in her care while I attended my graduation. From the beginning, I found her professional, welcoming, caring, and highly experienced. She has a clean, well-organised, and child-friendly childcare setting with appropriate facilities and a warm, safe environment. The other children appeared happy, comfortable, and well cared for. She looked after my daughter with great care and helped her feel settled and secure. My daughter even slept peacefully while in her care, which was especially reassuring because she does not usually sleep easily without me. Knowing that my daughter was in safe and capable hands gave me great peace of mind. I am very grateful for the care and support she provided and would happily recommend her to any parent looking for a reliable, kind, and experienced childminder.

Incredible, the best possible start for my kids

We were lucky enough to find Ati for my first son and the love, care, experiences and enrichment he got was the best start to life and it was a no brained for our second son to go there. He is now in nursery and keeps asking to go back to her setting. Ati and her team are beyond amazing, I am so grateful and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The love, care, warmth, teaching, variety of outings, experiences, the food they cook, their flexibility, I could go on. Just amazing.

Excellent Childminder

Ati and her amazing team have looked after our daughter for the last 3 years. She started when she turned one and has just left to start school.
Ati’s setting is wonderful; the children are so well cared for and supported in all aspects of child development and our daughter has thrived. The activities they do are so thoughtful and really engage and help the children to develop. They regularly go on amazing trips to museums as well as local parks. The food is freshly prepared each day and my daughter loves each and every one of the team! Having our daughter with Ati felt like having our extended family looking after her. I cannot recommend Ati’s setting enough. If you are looking for a professional, caring, nurturing and generous childminding setting then look no further.

Absolutely amazing

Ati and her team are absolutely amazing. My daughter has attending since 18 months old and has now left due to starting school. Ati and her team provide a safe, loving, caring and educational environment so much so we will be sending our son in January. Ati and her team are truly wonderful childcare providers who go above and beyond for all the children in the setting.

So much more than childcare

Dropping my child here in the mornings is such a warm and welcoming experience. Ate and her team are genuine and really take time to forge meaningful connections with the children, from eating interesting and healthy meals, to making friends and learning about the world around them, their emotions, numbers, writing their names and general knowledge.

The children are also given wonderful opportunities to engage with the library, farms, museums, and special outings that keep the kids looking forward to their time there.

I’ve watched my child really flourish in this setting, becoming more confident—both in her approach to social situations, and in her to physical activities. I feel she has been provided with many tools here that will help her when she starts school.

A positive experience into the childcare setting

Atefeh and her team have provided a caring, nurturing environment for our son. He loved his days there. The activities were fun, stimulating and educational. We would also look forward to seeing what we would bring home that day and have a collection of homemade crafts around our home.

The team take the children out most days which is a great opportunity for everyone to explore the local area, this was something we particularly liked about Atefeh’s setting.

The food was beautifully cooked, all nutritious, lots of new and exciting flavours for our son to try. He is not a fussy eater and think exposure to a wide range of food has opened him up to a world of fun food.

Atefeh was always available to discuss any queries, and she was especially supportive and helpful advising us on sleep, our son now sleeps in his own room, throughout the night.

The whole team have been exceptional, we have had such a positive experience into the childcare setting which was new for us as a family and are grateful to all that have supported us with the journey.

So much love and positivity comes from the team, which created a warm, home from home environment for our son to settle into.

Thank you so much to the whole team, sadly we have now moved our son to a closer setting to us, however we will always remember all the love and affection we were showed.

An extension of our family

Ate and her team have been an integral part of our family for the last 5 years - my son joined the setting when he was one alongside his cousins and thrived until he went to school. The nurturing care and experiences Ate and her team do for all the children is exceptional. Food is all beautifully homemade and they challenge tastebuds so my son never became a fussy eater. Ate and her team go above and beyond all the time. We are planning on sending our daughter later on in the year so that she too gets the same exceptional care that they so lovingly gave my son.

Exceptional care for our children

Our first child started with Atefeh (Ate) in 2020 and our son join in 2022. We were very apprehensive in trusting someone with our first child, but Ate and the team have been completely exceptional. They just love the children and provide such wonderful care - a real home from home environment. We very sadly had to move our son out when my daughter went to school as we don't live near Ate and could not manage the travel, and honestly, you can see the difference in the amazing service she provides compared to a big nursery. Ate provides much more maternal care and really invests in specific activities that help develop the children's learning. She was always available to help advise me on any issues I had, like potty training, or a colic baby. Oh and the food! Gosh, my children developed a wonderful palate being exposed to a really good range of food including Iranian cuisine. We now consider Ate and the team family and despite not attending anymore, we visit with our children as they absolutely love her. We have recommended Ate to our friends and family, and now multiple friends and my sister have children who now attend the setting. I whole heartedly recommend Ate to anyone who wants their child to experience a very caring, very safe, happy environment.

Excellent childcare in Twickenham

I have used Atefeh’s service for many years.
Her team and she are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
The children engage in various activities such as creative arts and crafts, outdoor play and trips to different places both locally and in London.
My child is always excited to share her daily experience with us at the end of the day.
Communication with Atefeh has been exceptional.
She is always responsive to my messages and very good in keeping parents informed about the children’s progress on a regular basis.
I highly recommend her service.
