My daughter has recently finished with Michelle and Richard as we are moving away from the area but while with them she has learnt so much including what they are learning to do whatever their age is, we would get updates of how her day has been which really helped me being away from her and you can tell they really do love their job.

My daughter went to rising stars when she was a baby prior to starting nursery, we then felt that childminders suited our needs better so returned to rising stars! Michelle is always reliable and provides excellent feedback on the progress of the children, always sharing what they have been up to and they get up to so much! My daughter always enjoys going to her childminders and is always telling us what she has been doing.

Michelle & Rich have taught my little boy so much in the 3 years he has been with them! They have been so patient with his speech and language delay and the issues that have come with that. I tried a different Childminder due to work hours and still ended up coming back to Michelle and Rich. A*** childminders.

Could not recommend Michelle and Richard highly enough. Our daughter has been going to them for 18 months and can’t wait to get out of the car in the morning. She has learned so much from both being in a group of other children and from the many activities and crafts she gets up to!

our daughter has been going to Michelle and Richard for over 2 years now. she has learnt so much from them and gets involved with all the activities! we put our son down on the wait list when I found out I was pregnant! wouldn't have anyone else watch our babies, they get treated like their own.

My little one has recently started with Michelle and I am overwhelmed by the quality of all aspects of Michelle's dedication. I needed childcare at very short notice and she was able to fit me in promptly and get all paperwork etc sorted. When we visited my little one was instantly happy playing with the other children and interacting and it is the perfect set up for children to be nurtured and to flourish.
can't recommend enough.

Michelle has been our daughters childminder since September 2020 taking her to school and dropping her off and picking her up every day. Michelle makes us feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble.

My son has been going to Michelle's since Feb 2013 and from day one he has loved going! He was 11 months when he started full time (10 months when he started his settling in sessons). The first time we met Michelle we was very impressed with her and her home, our son took to her straight away. We had a lot of trouble trying to find a good childminder as well as to do the hours we needed but Michelle was really flexible and went the extra mile to help us out. I had our second son in August but still kept our first son with Michelle even though im on maternity leave, not only was my son enjoying the time he spent with Michelle his development there was outstanding! Michelle would keep us up to date with his development by sending home a development folder showing us pictures of him doing different things and sharing examples of his progress which is very reassuring as a parent, she also would ask us what we would like her to focus on which was great. We have been so pleased with everything Michelle has done to help us and our son, he really loves going to Michelles and spending time with her and her son so its a real shame its coming to an end but I would definatly recommend Michelle to anyone who is looking for a childminder!

As soon as I visited Michelle, I was instantly impressed with her relaxed and friendly manner; Michelle has a lovely welcoming home environment. Straight away she put my two year old son at ease with her fun and friendly approach. I have been really pleased with how Michelle structures her daily routine, ensuring a mixture of outside physical activiteis, indoor crafts, cooking, attendance at childrens groups and lots of play time. I have certainly noticed a benefit to my son's development.
Initially my little boy was very clingy to myself and therefore struggled with me leaving him but Michelle was not faized by this at all and demonstrated both patience, excellent distraction and play skills. My little boy loves going to Michelle's now and gets on extremely well with her little boy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle to others looking for a childminder. I have certainly been extremely fortunate in finding Michelle and would trust her implicately with my son.
