Euphemia has looked after my son for a year doing the school pick up, and after school care. He loves her and really enjoys going to her house and playing with Auntie Euphemia. It’s a great relief to know that he has someone who will look after him after school with love and kindness. He always brings home activities that he did with Auntie Euphemia like arts and crafts and he tells me lots of positive stories. Euphemia supported the process of potty training and encouraged self feeding and independence which was really important for my son at this age. The planned activities also supported his development and progress towards meeting early year learning goals. We were very pleased.

Altea started with Euphemia on September 2022 and we all love her!
She is lovely, professional and have a beautiful smile.
We feel safe to leave our kids with her.

My son really loved it at PlayHub. The children are well behaved. They did all kind of activities. My son had the best time there. Such a clean place an healthy food. The service they provide are excellent. I will 100% recommend them very very trustworthy.

I am very happy that I found Playhub. Since my daughter goes there I noticed a lot of progress in her, I also saw her very happy, something that left me very calm when I left her there, she definitely had a lot of fun and learned a lot too.

Euphemia, Portia and their team are wonderful. My girls felt loved, safe, and cared for. Their professional standards are great. Communication of progress, activities during the day, meals, gripes - everything we'd need to know, was covered.
There was never a time when I felt I couldn't reach out for any reason, or give extra instructions due to the nature of my eldest daughter's allergies. My eldest was cared for by Euphemia prior to Playhub being up and running. She was 14 months old, I was pregnant with our second child and nervous about whether I would find the right fit. My concerns were completely abated upon meeting Euphemia, so much so that, once it was time for me to go back to work, I was keen to get the girls into Playhub as soon as it was running.
It feels like a community. The cohort is inclusive, with children from a beautiful array of backgrounds, the team are flexible and accommodating and know how to put your mind at ease. I wish I could have taken them all with us! We moved across the country and upon leaving, the team produced the most thoughtful parting gestures that will forever be cherished by us.
I cannot overstate how great Playhub is. I just hope this review does them justice. It is run by individuals who genuinely care and fulfil their daily duties with joy - a joy that is infectious and truly felt by the children in their charge. We were very lucky to have found them early on.

I have been using Playhub's services for about one year now from when they had a home setting to now that they have upgraded to a larger offering. They have been a major participant in helping me to get my son settled as he started in primary education. They made both myself and my son feel so welcomed and comfortable that I only needed to do a 30 minute familiarity period. Then he was off and the anxiety and worry about him being ok disappeared. The playhub employees are very professional and keep me well informed about my son's daily activities. They respect and mirror my expectations of behaviour for my child. I would strongly recommend their services to any parent who needs a reliable, flexible and safe environment for your kids.
