Our little one began at Steph’s from the age of 1 year, and he experienced his first full days away from home, and Steph helped him to settle in well - he loves going to Steph’s! We find her to be a person with warmth, and a genuine enthusiasm, joyful and professional! We were impressed with how our boy learned how to climb the stairs so quickly under her care, and how he always knew all the children’s names, keen to play with them, which shows what a positive environment that she provides. Though we’ve moved away from the neighbourhood 9 months later, we’ve still doing occasional childminding days at Steph’s as she’s worth the trips and the memories for our boy ;)

Steph looked after my DD from the age of 2 years old and DS from the age of 2 months old. Both children immediately settled in without any issues whatsoever. Children were very happy in her comfortable home and did not want to leave at the end of the day. The children were stimulated, enjoyed trips out, we're provided with numerous activities. All her children are very bright and it was noticeable how quickly my quiet DS came out of her shell immediately after being looked after by Steph. Steph even took my DS for an entrance test for Sydenham High Prep which she passed all thanks to Steph. My DD was so happy there that she skipped nursery all together and went straight from Steph's to school.
My DS was accepted into Dulwich Prep and Seniors for reception which is very hard to get into and it was all down to Steph and the care she provided. The children both ask daily to attend her home and they have formed such a bond with her. Throughout the period the children were with her she supported me as a single father through many difficult times.
Steph is very attentive to the childrens' needs, she is accommodating to the parents, her communication is excellent and no words I could write here will do her justice. I can't recommend her highly enough and proud to say she has become like a family to me and my children.

Our daughter was at Steph's for 2 years from the age of 10 months to recently. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are to Steph for her amazing level of care, kindness, fun, and overall service in looking after our daughter. Our daughter settled in really quickly and easily, with very few tears, making going back to work so much easier. Further to that, we had remarkably few instances where we had to collect Inessa on account of illness, which I can only say must be a testament to the high standards of care and cleanliness that Steph's house had. Our daughter loved the mix of fun, free play in the garden with structured educational activities. There was an excellent mix of education, which we can see really helped to enhance our daughter's love of books and reading, as well as singing. She really loved Steph so much, and transitioning her to a nursery environment, purely due to her age, was a very difficult process and decision, on account of our daughter wanting to go to Steph's house every day for the first month at the nursery. I am pleased to say now that our daughter has settled very well and again on account of the excellent care and education that Steph provided, the new nursery has mentioned how happy, curious, social, and engaging she is. We are really indebted to Steph and her care. Her house was the perfect home from home setting for a little baby, as they transition to a toddler and I would not hesitate in recommending her care and environment for anyone's child. We still miss her greatly!

our son started with Steph at about 10 months old. It was a difficult settling in period (for everyone!) but Steph was so patient with him and reassuring to us. We had no idea what to expect from a childcare provider but it was such a positive first experience and the right decision for us all: he formed a really solid first bond with another caregiving adult outside the home, as well as with other children. We feel that being in a childcare setting with a small number of other children, in a family / home environment, was really helpful in terms of building his social confidence as well as an early understanding of showing care for others. He learned a huge amount that we never had the time to teach him and developed an amazing interest in numbers! He absolutely loved his time with Steph - he left in spring at around 2.5 to go to nursery - and still talks about her / asks when he is going to 'Steph's house' most days..!

My son started with Steph when he was around 10 months old and has recently left to move on to a nursery at 3.5. We have been so impressed with Steph's service the entire time our son has been with her. She was extremely patient with him during his settling in period and he has always been so happy to go every morning. Steph was really supportive through each stage of his development and I always knew that he was happy, safe and stimulated during his time with her. The environment in her home is lovely and well-equipped with a fantastic outside area and the children learn to socialise really well there. We were all sad to say goodbye and would absolutely recommend Steph's provision to anybody.

Steph looked after my daughter and son between the ages of 1 and 3. They always loved going to ‘Steph’s House’ and the older one was always thrilled to go back in the holidays when we needed help with childcare. I was particularly impressed with the facilities and outdoor space, and how much Steph supported us when our children were toilet training. Thanks Steph!

Steph looked after my son from age 1-4 and my daughter from 11 months to age 3. She is wonderful, the children love Steph's house and she is still on hand to help when we need her! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a childminder

Steph looked after our son from 12months old through until he was 3+years. She has always been kind, patient and compassionate and our son built such a great bond with her. We had a seamless settling in process with her and she really made us feel at ease, which is so important when you are doing this the first time around.
She has a lovely home with a dedicated play room for the children and a spacious garden for daily outdoor play. She does lots of creative play and activities as well as regular trips to the local park. She provides a loving and caring environment for all of the children and our son would always be so excited to see her. She is great with communication and she has been very supportive through all of the various developmental stages with our son.
Steph is amazing and we would highly recommend her to any parents looking for a caring and reliable childminder.

Steph looked after our son from when he was around 9 months until he was two - we only changed setting then as we moved out of the area. We have only great things to say about her!
The setting itself is great with a dedicated playroom and her garden is full of great outdoor toys. Steph always planned fun and educational activities for the children, and our son was always coming home with pictures, planted flowers and other things he had done while he was there. Steph communicated really well with photos and videos during the day so we knew what he had been getting up to. She also has lots of experience in childcare and child development which really shows and she understood our son so well.
We're missing her already!

Our daughter attended Steph's childcare 4 days a week for 2+ years. We couldn't have been more happy with the level of care and nurturing provided by Steph. We feel incredibly lucky to have had such a wonderful childminder in our neighbourhood. Our daughter always looked forward to going to Steph's house and was extremely happy and settled there for the duration of her attendance.
The children are thoroughly well looked after and always calm and engaged. Steph's communications were always great and the setting itself is brilliant. All of the children are treated like extended family and you could clearly see how much they all love spending time there. Our daughter really benefitted from Steph's nurturing yet educational environment.
We couldn't recommend Steph highly enough!

Steph looked after our little boy from the time he was around one until he was four and ready for school, and we have nothing but great things to say about her!
Throughout the time he was with her, we always trusted Steph as a safe, caring, friendly, knowledgeable childminder. She consistently planned and provided fun and stimulating activities for all the kids, at her home and at local parks, and always provided healthy meals.
Steph's knowledge of child development meant she took a real interest in the kids' language and other developmental milestones and flagged when there were any concerns. She communicated with us often, sending pictures weekly as well as regular newsletters and other information. She always had time for a friendly chat on the doorstep.
My son was always excited to go to Steph's house and was buzzing about the fun things he'd done when he got home. Now he's at school but still often talks about and misses her.
Steph's setting is great too - she has a great playroom and a back garden with lots to play with. Her home is always clean and tidy.
