Diana had been a huge blessing to our family. We needed part-time, short-term childcare for our 2 year old son. After searching high and low, we met Diana and our son settled almost immediately. She invests heavily into her home to ensure it's fun and well suited to the children. She has been incredibly flexible and our son has always been happy to be dropped off at hers.

We feel extremely fortunate to have found Diana. She’s been looking after our 17 months old son since January 2022 and he truly loves going there every morning. Diana has plenty of experience as a childminder and you can tell she enjoys looking after kids. She has a lovely setting space with everything a child would need to learn and play. We highly recommend Diana.

Your child is making excellent progress
His a very fast leaner and his always very happy.
His a absolute delightful little boy and he really loves music time and he is very sociable .
He is a real GEM
Words cannot express, how happy I am with Mrs. Diana’s service. She is not only very professional, but also loving and understanding person. My son loves to come to her house and play, which is to me best proof, how great he is doing in her care.

Diana helped me with some short term childcare needs. She has a great set up for kids and was really flexible. Diana was very friendly and I was more than happy with her service.

Your daughter is so cute and very cuddly she is a absolute pleasure to have in my setting.
She is very chatty and follows me every where she loves to play with the dolls house.

My 2 year old daughter has been going to Diana since Sept 2020. She made my daughter feel very welcome and she settled in very quickly. Diana is an amazing child minder and I would recommend Baby steps to anyone looking for a child minder in the Battersea/Wandsworth area. 5 stars all round.😀

Thank you your daughter is a little gem she is always good and makes friends very easily.
She has made excellent progress and is very chatty a real loving and delightful little girl.
My son has complex special needs so not easy to look after, but Diane was brilliant. She treated my son like all the other children, but also went that extra mile to ensure his needs were catered for.
Diane creates a really warm and friendly environment, and obviously loves caring for children.

He is an absolute darling he is so loving and he has done very well.
He is always very cute and has worked very hard he especially enjoyed the bouncy castle.

My son has been child-minded by Diane for the past two weeks. Usually he doesn’t settle at all in new environments but with Diane taking good care of him, he’s had no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a childminder in the Battersea/Wandsworth area, I would fully recommend Baby Steps.

We are so grateful to Diane for making my back to work transition smooth. She’s been a godsend and my two girls adore her. You can see she loves children and goes out of her way to make the girls feel at home getting to know them and making them smile. I would highly recommend baby steps and Diane for your childcare needs.
