Diana is Great!

Taís has been with Diana for about 5 months and tais’s communication has improved a lot. Diana is understanding and caring and always ensuring that Taís is succeeding. Diana also makes sure that the kids get along and support one another. No compliments , simply the greatest!!!

Flexible and reliable

Diana had been a huge blessing to our family. We needed part-time, short-term childcare for our 2 year old son. After searching high and low, we met Diana and our son settled almost immediately. She invests heavily into her home to ensure it's fun and well suited to the children. She has been incredibly flexible and our son has always been happy to be dropped off at hers.

Great and lovely childminder

We feel extremely fortunate to have found Diana. She’s been looking after our 17 months old son since January 2022 and he truly loves going there every morning. Diana has plenty of experience as a childminder and you can tell she enjoys looking after kids. She has a lovely setting space with everything a child would need to learn and play. We highly recommend Diana.

Words cannot express, how happy I am with Mrs. Diana’s service. She is not only very professional, but also loving and understanding person. My son loves to come to her house and play, which is to me best proof, how great he is doing in her care.

Really Helpful

Diana helped me with some short term childcare needs. She has a great set up for kids and was really flexible. Diana was very friendly and I was more than happy with her service.

Amazing childminder

My 2 year old daughter has been going to Diana since Sept 2020. She made my daughter feel very welcome and she settled in very quickly. Diana is an amazing child minder and I would recommend Baby steps to anyone looking for a child minder in the Battersea/Wandsworth area. 5 stars all round.😀

Brilliant!

My son has complex special needs so not easy to look after, but Diane was brilliant. She treated my son like all the other children, but also went that extra mile to ensure his needs were catered for.

Diane creates a really warm and friendly environment, and obviously loves caring for children.

Childminding

My son has been child-minded by Diane for the past two weeks. Usually he doesn’t settle at all in new environments but with Diane taking good care of him, he’s had no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a childminder in the Battersea/Wandsworth area, I would fully recommend Baby Steps.
