Nathalie has been the best childminder our son has ever had. We were with her for a full year, and she consistently took great pride in the care she provided. Her communication was excellent, and she always ensured our son was engaged in meaningful activities, whether it was going to the park or doing creative play at home. She kept him clean, comfortable, and genuinely well looked after.
Our son had speech delays, and Nathalie showed real concern and interest in his development. She frequently checked in with us about the professional support he was receiving and was always attentive to his needs. From the very beginning, he looked forward to going to her home, and even with limited speech, his body language made it clear that he felt safe and happy with her.
Nathalie also encouraged age-appropriate independence, such as helping him learn to tidy up and supporting him in building small self-care habits. During the period leading up to his school start date, she supported us with potty training on the days he was in her care, which made a meaningful difference in his readiness.
We have kept in touch, and we intend to book childcare with her during school holidays and whenever possible. At the end of our time with her, Nathalie gifted our son a soft velvety blanket, which he now uses every day. It was a thoughtful gesture that reflected her genuine care and attention to detail.
We are truly grateful for the kindness, consistency, and dedication she showed our son.

Nathalie was very friendly and nice, my 2 years old daughter always enjoyed her time there. She always got excited whenever she saw Nathalie’s house, she always ran to the door in excitement 😂. She had fun and was well taken care of. Thank you Nathalie for a great job🤗

My daughter started going at Nathalie’s when she just turned 1 and at the same time i was studying. Nathalie has provided care for my daughter since and I have been very pleased. She was flexible with my last minute schedule and ongoing changes and supported both me and my daughter throughout the journey.
Nathalie present great communication skills. Her caring and compassionate skills are evident as my daughter is always excited to go to her Childminder’s. Since she started there she has learnt fundamentals skills which will set her up for a good foundation in school. Nathalie also supported me with the potty training processes and now on to writing skills. She maintains a good diet and routine for my daughter. I’m pleased with her work and grateful to have a great place to send my child. For me as a parent having a peace of mind and knowing my daughter is well looked after and safeguarded is of vital importance. Thank you Nathalie.
I definitely recommend Nathalie as she is a good person, carer and good at looking after the kids.

Nathalie is so kind,patient,caring and the best childminder anyone could have.She is very good at communicating and giving us updates.My son loves going to Nat's and he's really improved in his independence and speech since going there.I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare for their kids.
