Cannot rate Susan highly enough!

Susan has looked after both our children from age 1 up until school for my eldest and is still caring for our 2 year old. Finding Susan was one of the best things we ever did as parents!
From the moment we met Susan we could see the love and enjoyment she has for nurturing children and supporting their development. Susan provides a home from home for the children, always prepares healthy nutritious meals, shares a love of stories with the children and takes them on enriching and adventurous days out to Wisley, playgrounds, Hampton court, National Trust locations, farms, river walks, museums - the list goes on! Susan sets themes for her learning and tailors them to the children's age and development- they're currently enjoying the Tiger who came to Tea with lots of activities related to this.
When my eldest was due to start school she provided incredible support making the transition seamless and he still has such a special bond with her.
Susan offers advice and support when needed such as through potty training, sleep, eating and is always happy to follow your routines/preferences for your child's care.
I honestly cannot recommend Susan more, she has completed an incredible amount of training, is so knowledgeable and most importantly will love and care for your children like her own!

Outstanding Care

Our daughter started with Susan when she was 4.5 months. As first time parents we were both unsure as to how she would cope - we had seen the best of her at home, but didn't know how that translate to a setting of this nature.

Well, it turns out that she loves spending time with Susan and the other children. During our very first meeting, she not only went happily to Susan for a cuddle, but even fell asleep in her arms. From that moment, we knew she was going to love it!

We are updated daily with a care diary (tracking feeds: milk & solids, water, nappies and sleep) and activity updates in Tapestry: we then sit together most evenings and watch the videos!

Other than a great childminder, who clearly understands children - we always find Susan friendly, open and approachable. She will always speak with us before trying new foods and has always given us a bit of advice or feedback as we required (like those first few rashes, or treating a cold etc).

Both my boys adore their time with Susan

I cannot rate the childcare Susan provides for my boys highly enough.
She has my 22month old most of the week and my 3 year old joins them one day a week. They both absolutely adore her.
She is so accommodating with her hours and flexibility and provides a nurturing and educational environment.
Both my boys have progressed in their skills since being with her and they love the variety of activities and trips Susan sets up for them.
Could not recommend her highly enough.
