Outstanding childminder

Pauline has been looking after my son for three years and my daughter for almost two, and in that time she has become so much more than a childcare provider, she has become a trusted, steady, and genuinely cherished part of our children’s lives.

When my son was experiencing delayed development, we spent a long period not knowing why, navigating assessments, uncertainty, and eventually his diagnosis. Throughout all of this, she was a constant source of support. She understood him, advocated for him, and adapted for him in ways that went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. She has been instrumental in his progress, not just academically, but emotionally and socially.

She has endlessly found ways for him to participate in every learning and play activity, no matter how big or small the challenge. She never treated his differences as barriers. Instead, she treated them as opportunities to find new approaches, new ideas, and new ways for him to shine.

Both of my children go to her happily and come home just as happily. They talk about her setting with great affection and refer to it as their home.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found someone who cares for our children with such patience, warmth, and heart. She has played a huge role in shaping their early years, and we are endlessly grateful for everything she has done, and continues to do!

Brilliant childminder

We feel so lucky to have found Pauline. My son has been with her for two years now and absolutely loves the time he spends there each week. She has such a warm, calm manner which really puts both children and parents at ease. I love that they spend so much time outdoors and are always doing a variety of fun and engaging activities. It’s clear how much care and thought she puts into what she does. Archie looks forward to going each week. She really does go above and beyond for both me and my son.

Caring Childminder

Pauline is a very caring and reliable childminder who looks after my 5 and 9 year old 4 days a week. My children have enjoyed spending time with Pauline and her family at her home...and they love the variety of her home cooking! They particularly enjoy playing in her garden. I highly recommend Pauline as a childminder and she is very convenient (walking distance) for Cuddington Croft primary.

Great childminder

Pauline is a kind, thoughtful and caring childminder. She collected my daughter from school, and provided her a fun and safe place play. It’s great that she lives so close to Cuddington Croft school - meaning they were able to walk home, which I know my daughter enjoyed.
