Getting to know Lisa and Rich over the past 2.5 years has been an absolute delight, and it's incredible how time has flown by. They are truly exceptional individuals, and their natural affinity for what they do shines brightly. Our son Alexander, in particular, has formed a deep connection with them, and their genuine care and love for him have meant the world to us. They are the kind of trustworthy people you can wholeheartedly entrust with your child's well-being.
One of the many highlights of our time with them has been their flexibility and willingness to take the children on exciting outdoor adventures, including trips to the beach, visits to Longleat, and participation in kids' playgroups. These experiences have allowed our children to explore various places and create lasting memories. Their flexibility with schedules has been especially helpful, particularly when we moved from Radstock to Warminster. The most significant moment for us, one that we will forever be grateful to you for, is the way you've instilled good manners in him. Through your guidance, he is on a path to developing into an outstanding individual with a strong sense of values. Thank you for imparting these invaluable principles to him.
Despite the distance, we have continued to make the journey from Warminster to Midsomer Norton because we value the special relationship Lisa and Rich have with Alexander. His happiness and the love he receives from them are our top priorities, and that's what matters most to us.
Lisa and Rich, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for treating Alexander as if he were part of your own family and for creating such wonderful memories for both him and us. Our journey with you has been truly remarkable, and we will miss you dearly. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on Alexander's progress as he enters a new journey in his new nursery in Warminster to prepare for school next year.

My daughter Regan has been going to Lisa's since the start of primary school. From the moment I found Lisa I knew this is where I wanted Regan to be. Regan attended Lisa's before and after school as well as in the holidays. Regan absolutely loves being with Lisa. Their home is always welcoming and Lisa goes above and beyond for all the children in her care. Her home is an absolute dream to any child with a fantastic garden and they have so much fun together with the hidden element of learning. I would recommend Lisa to any family looking for a childminder - she has had an amazing impact on Regan for which we will always be truly grateful. There really is no better place to send your child.

Lisa and Rich are amazing childminders. My daughter has been going there for a year now and loves it. They look after her like shes their own, they help with her skills, learning, reading, playing etc.
Daisy is my 3rd child and i still need guidance, Lisa is always willing to give me advice and help whenever i need it.
If you are looking for a childminder id definitely recommend Lisa and Rich. ❤

Really could not recommend Lisa and Rich enough! Being a typical first time mummy, I was so fussy with who I wanted my baby to go with, I remember looking around many places but no where felt like 'the one' until we went and met lisa and rich which felt like a home from home. My son went to lisa and rich for 3 days a week for 2 whole years, now hes started reception, ive decided to keep him going a day in the holidays because his progress has been amazing, hes made so many friends of all ages and he absolutely loves lisa and rich! I also loved that they go out, ralphy loved a tuesday at play group which was his favourite day, they go to longleat often and spend a lot of time outside which my son loves! Lisa updates tapestry regularly which is also something i particularly liked about my son being there. Really glad I made the right choice in picking this setting. lisa and rich made sure ralphy was more than ready to start reception :)

Ralphy is an absolute credit to you Skye. He is the most well mannered kindest caring little boy. We are already missing him but we know he will settle quickly at school and make many new friends but we will look forward to seeing him in the school holidays. It is very special to us that you have allowed him to continue to come to us so we can watch him grow. Thank you for your kind words xxx
Lisa has been amazing since the start of Hallies journey with her. Lisa & Rich really do go above and beyond they take the children on different adventures which hallie loves.
I will be sending my baby there when I return to work and i know she will love it as much as Hallie.
Lisa has recently helped me with potty training and is always happy to help and offer guidance.
I would highly recommend, it really is a home from home experience.

We’ve had our boys going to Lisa now for nearly 8 years and could not imagine anyone else helping care for them.
They both started at 9 months and have been wonderfully settled in Lisa and Rich’s home since then.
As babies to preschool they spent 3 full days a week where they had the opportunity to learn through play in a huge variety of ways. Now they’re at school they look forward to evenings and school holidays there, spending time with Lisa and Rich and also seeing their friends who have grown up with them at Lisa’s.
I truly believe Lisa and Rich have been a huge influence on how they have grown into polite, inclusive, caring boys and the setting Lisa and Rich have provided had no doubt played a part.
I visited nurseries and other settings when trying to first find childcare and they knocked spots off everyone with their caring and open natures and lovely home setting.
We are also very happy with the variety provided to the boys and the fab outdoor setting they have to explore and play.

Wow thank you so very much, what a truly wonderful review xxx We look upon the boys as a part of our family and hopefully they feel the same :) The boys have brought us endless entertainment and joy over the years and long may that continue. They have a jest for life that makes them a joy to care for. It is a privilege to be able to continue to have them here xxx
My Little girl has been going to Lisa & Rich since the beginning of Feb. Due to her being a lockdown baby the transition was very hard for her but they made it so much easier for us both. Lisa provided me with regular updates and took time to get to know Hallie so she could settle her when needed.
Hallie now gets excited when we pull up outside, I get regular pictures and messages about her day which I love.
I really cannot recommend Lisa & Rich anymore, they are flexible and accommodating. They really do have the children at the heart of everything they do.

Thank you so much for such kind words xxx We try to make every child feel happy and settled, a home from feeling. We love the children and feel all the families are a part of ours x
We knew that after sending our first son to Lisa's (and seeing him flourish into the lovely, fun, outdoorsy and creative boy he now is) that we'd definitely be sending out next child to Lisa (even though I chose not to back to my 9-5 job, I knew at least some time in Lisa's care was 100% worth it for he's own development).
Needless to say that our second son who started in September 2020 also thoroughly enjoys his days at Lisa's. I was slightly worried as he was such a clingy Mummy's boy, especially being home with me for so long, but he surprised me - he settled very quickly and is always so excited to go to 'Lee-Lee's house"! Lisa is once again helping our little boy to thrive, learn and socialize. He's made some really close friends which is so lovely to hear him talk about. I absolutely love how well Lisa and Rich communicate with us, their relationship with our kids, the digital updates on tapestry and sometimes on whatsapp during the day, and the photos - wow. Lisa is so amazing at taking natural photos of our children - I have started printing framing some of them!
The thing that sets Lisa and Rich apart for me is their passion and dedication for what they do - caring for children, treating them as one big family and helping them thrive in an inspiring, fun, creative and safe environment. I'm also very impressed with how often Lisa updates toys and play equipment - creating more outdoor play opportunities - her garden is like a kids heaven, so many amazing things to do!
We all truly see Lisa and Rich as a part of our family, and not having any family near by us it is a real blessing and we are so grateful to have her in our life. Thank you Lisa and Rich for all you do! We cannot recommend you highly enough. A*****

You have 2 beautiful boys that have always been a complete joy. Each one has been confident, happy and caring. The bonds that they have formed with the other children and us has made them a valuable and much loved part of our family. Such bright intelligent children with a love of learning makes them a total joy to be around. We are very lucky that you chose us, thank you for allowing us to be a part of their lives xxx
We found Lisa completely by luck at the beginning and she has been our Angel for the last four months, both Rich and Lisa are great and Our little Sofia enjoys very much the time she spends with them.
She is a lockdown baby and was only used to be with us but surprisingly did not take even one day to get settled with them.
She has learnt so much ( too much maybe🤩) , i would say they love what they do , they are caring and loving and treat the kids like if they were their own in my opinion.
We could not be happier with them, very good professionals and people.

My daughter has been going to Lisa for over four years now before/after school and in the school holidays. Lisa is an amazing childminder and we were very lucky to find her when we moved to MSN. My daughter loves going to Lisa's everyday and really does feel like part of the family. The interaction with all the children in the setting is amazing and they all have so much fun together. There is also a lot of learning through play which is very helpful. Lisa's home is fabulous and there is so much outdoor space for children to enjoy - it really is a home from home. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa - you will be very lucky if she is able to care for your child they will have the greatest time and you will be happy knowing she is in the best care possible.
