Tracy cared for my son for 3 years and supported me and him through separation anxiety, she was so knowledgeable and caring about so much. I now consider her a friend and she does short notice and occasional care when needed and my son feels like part of the family, they are so lovely and I have no quarms about recommending her as a childminder as she has boosted both my confidence and my sons, we love her and her family to bits 💕

Originally agreed to childcare hours and instead of being upfront and saying she could no longer offer these hours, she just blocked me. Should have just stated she could no longer do it. Far from profesional
