Childcare.co.uk offer £10,000,000 of free Public Liability insurance, underwritten by Markel International Insurance Company Limited, to qualifying Nursery Nurses that are gold members and who have opted-in to our scheme.

Free Nursery Nurse Professional Indemnity Insurance

The policy also includes £100,000 of free Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Free Nursery Nurse Legal Expenses Cover

Members of our insurance scheme receive free Legal Expenses Cover and access to a 24 hour Legal Helpline.

Nursery Nurses employed by a nursery will only benefit from the Criminal defence, Childcare proceedings and Representation prior to a barring session aspects of the Legal Expenses Cover plus access to the legal helpline.

The Legal Expenses Cover policy is underwritten, managed and administered by Markel International Insurance Company Limited.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Nursery Nurses

• Nursery Nurses must hold a a clean enhanced DBS check
• Loss of Revenue & Suspension Cover is not included for nursery nurses  

• Once you are covered under the policy, any changes to your Childcare.co.uk account that would disqualify you from the cover, will result in your cover immediately expiring. If your gold membership expires then your cover will immediately cease. When submitting your details to apply, you must provide your correct full name and full address. If you change your name or address you must let us know immediately. Applications with invalid or non-current names and addresses will not be valid and you will not be covered.
