My Experience

I have over 14 years experience as a nanny working sole charge with experience with 3 children (plus my own child) at the same time. I have been self employed since 2021.

Before this I also worked in a nursery as a pre school room leader and did my NVQ Level 3 childcare qualification whilst I was there. Being room leader I had to be very organised and manage a small group of other staff within the room. I had to ensure all paperwork was completed and all children were getting the most out of their time at nursery.

I did begin training to become a children's nurse as that is what I originally wanted to do until circumstances changed and I had to leave after 18 months. I did a lot of placement work at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

My Availability

I am a self employed nanny. I am currently looking for one full day on either a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday from October 2026. My 1 year old will be with me at work. I have a 7 seater car that is available for business use and a full clean driving licence.

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (net)

My fees are £18 per hour. 55p per mile for using own car.
My hourly rates are reviewed annually.
