Mucky Pups Childcare

Mucky Pups Childcare is situated in a Small bungalow between Corby and Weldon. We are registered for 33 children from birth to 5 years old and currently have 13 members of staff qualified at level 2, level 3 and level 5. We open at 7am until 6pm, Monday to Friday. We have 2 rooms indoors where the children can play and a fantastic outdoor classroom where the children can experience the same indoor activities outside, in all weather. We take children from birth to 5 years.
The nursery does not offer set sessions. We are unique in the fact that we do not offer any sessional care, instead we let you choose the the hours you need which saves you money by not having to pay for hours you don't need. We also offer flexible care for parents on shift patterns (T's & C's apply), and we can also offer holiday help for children 5 and under.

We also offer the 30 hours free childcare for 3 and 4 year old's and 15 hours free childcare for 2 year old's. However, because we are open all year round, we only offer the funding at 11 or 22 hours across 51 weeks of the year instead of term time only.

At Mucky Pups, we want your child to get the best start in life and and therefore we closely watch and track their likes, dislikes and development needs to ensure they get the best experience they possibly can with us by planning activities for their individual needs. We will also work around the child's routine instead of the child fitting in with our routine as they would in some other nurseries.

We like to ensure your little one gets the opportunity to experience things that other nurseries may not offer and being so close to many external activities, we love to get out and about into the country side and explore our surroundings and community. Some of the activities we like to do include going for walks to the local park and joining in with community events; such as the Corby carnival. We take the children conker picking at Kirby Hall, Swimming and singing for the elderly at weekly nursing home and we have the popular HeartBeeps once every 2 weeks come to visit us for an interactive singing and story session with the use of puppets to connect with the children. As there are so many activities to choose from then they are rotated from week to week. once a year we will go further afield and head to the zoo, Twin Lakes, Gullivers Kingdom, Conkers, farm parks and country parks.
