Rude and unkind experience

Upon contact this lady didn't like that I wasn't offering her a full day of hours from 9-5 and when I said the exact hours of care to be from 10-4 she said no, that there is a minimum 8 hour day requirement. This was very demanding and she also wrote 'you will be £150 per day' and that's so blunt . No manners at all. This person is only after money not caring for children. I had a bad experience when she contacted me for my job when she wrote messages to show me what she wants and what she charges and refused to ask a single thing about my children or have any manners on how to talk to a mum requiring childcare. It's disheartening when childcare providers show cold behaviours and demanding sums like that which is fine but I didn't ask this Information she stated this as though I could never afford her and she won't work for a six hour day. Ridiculous

I am very sorry to read you feel this way and I am saddened you have decided to write a 1 star review instead of contacting me directly to express your thoughts.

The information you have provided on this review is not accurate to our conversation. The reasoning behind the request for the 8 hours was due to your profile stating this is what you would be offering but then within the conversation you changed this, this is when I decided to inform you I would require the 8 hour day. I did state the amount you would be charged as a day rate as requested but I do not find this blunt, I just confirmed clear and concise information for your help.

With all my current customers we always discuss childcare requirements before continuing our conversation for safeguarding requirements we do not discuss the children before we discuss if the childcare is suitable.

I feel it is very unfair that your statements suggest I have “cold behaviour” and “demanding sums” when this is just not the case and feel your review is not accurate or acceptable. Please can you consider reviewing this review, making changes or deleting it as it is not a reflection on myself as a person or childcare provider and I in no way suggested or wrote anything that would judge yourself as a mother as you are suggesting.

Fantastic Childminder

Sabina has really made such an amazing impression on my Son who is 10 years old. First two days there he had so much fun and I am happy with her dedication, commitment and reliability. I will definitely use her for again when my son is off school. What a pleasant surprise, I'm really impressed.
