My Experience

I first became a childminder 16 years ago while my youngest son was small, I did then work within local primary schools with the last 4 years working with children with autism. I came back to childminding as I have a real passion for working with smaller children in smaller groups which gives me the ability to form close bonds with your child. I have gained many qualifications and love doing courses to help me provide a high quality level of care.

My Qualifications

I have undertaken the introduction to early years providers course and completed the PACEY understand how to set up a home based child care service course, I am currently working toward my level 3 in child care and have also completed a child protection course. I will endeavour to provide a high level of care and will complete any courses that will help me to do this. I have a clean dbs check as does everybody in my household, and have completed a comprehensive paediatric first aid course. I have undertaken recent courses to promote safer sleeping and healthy eating. I follow the EYFS as required by law to make sure your child’s day is full of fun and activities that support each section of the framework.

I currently have a part time and full time availability.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Childminding from £6.00 per hour

I will be charging £6 I will be working from 7.30 until 5pm but this is not rigid and can be discussed
