Hello, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
I am an experienced nanny and childcare professional, and I am currently looking for a 3 or 4 day full-day employed nanny position, Monday to Thursday only.
After spending some time working within a school environment, I have realised how much I miss working closely with a family as a nanny. Nannying is where my passion lies, and I am now looking for a lovely family where I can hopefully become a consistent and trusted part of their lives long term.
What I am looking for
• 3 or 4 full days per week
• Monday to Thursday only
• Minimum of 8 hours per day
• Available between 7:30am and 6:00pm
• Ideally an all-year-round position
• I would consider term-time only if the position is 4 days per week, depending on the overall role and hours
I am happy caring for children of different ages and can manage everything that comes with a busy family routine, including school/nursery runs, activities, appointments, preparing meals, homework and general day-to-day care.
My experience working within a school is also something I can bring to a nanny role. I can support younger children with phonics, early reading and Early Years learning, whether that is helping prepare them for starting school or giving them some extra one-to-one support if they are finding certain areas difficult. I like to make learning relaxed and enjoyable rather than making it feel like extra schoolwork.
While children are at school or nursery, I am very happy to help with children's housekeeping, including laundry, changing bedding, keeping bedrooms and play areas organised, preparing meals and sorting toys or clothes.
I am also happy to help with some light general housekeeping, family errands or shopping where time allows. I am looking for a nanny position rather than a full nanny/housekeeper role, but I am very happy to muck in and help keep family life running smoothly.
I genuinely love caring for children and supporting families. I am caring, reliable, organised, fun and enthusiastic, while also believing in being firm, fair and consistent.
I am a driver with my own car and business insurance. I also have a selection of car seats for different ages, as well as a single and double buggy available when required.

My Experience
I have over 26 years of experience working with babies, children and young people from newborn through to 18 years old, including twins and children with special educational needs. I particularly enjoy caring for babies and younger children, although I am very happy to support families with older siblings too, for me it’s all about finding the right fit.
Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of childcare roles including Class and Nursery Assistant, Soft Play and Party Organiser, Junior Matron, Senior House Matron, Mother’s Help, Nanny Housekeeper, Sole Charge Nanny, SEND Nanny and now a Learning Support Assistant.
My experience includes caring for twins, premature babies and children with additional needs. Working with families over the years has given me a wide range of practical experience and confidence in many different situations. I am also a very good cook and always happy to prepare healthy meals for the children.
I hold an enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid and Ofsted registration, which means families can use the Tax-Free Childcare scheme when employing me as a nanny (as nannies do not offer the free funded hours) and I also have a driving licence, a car with business insurance and my own car seats and pushchairs.

Evening babysitting - minimum 4 hours Monday to Thursday. Friday and Saturday minimum 5 hours.
Overnights and Weekends are available at advanced notice (My fees are different, please drop me a message to find out more)
My Fees
- Nannying from £22.50 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £17.50 per hour
My Nanny day rates are £20 - £22 Gross (maximum 3 children) for a full time nanny position.
if Term time only then it will differ from the above and discussed at a interview.
Slightly flexible within reason.
All depends on the family and the role itself..
Evening babysitting is £17 net
Sleep Consultant: £35 per hour (Not overnight)
Daytime nanny rate may have slight negotiation but depends on the role itself - This will be discussed and agreed before contract is signed.
Weekend work is negotiable with advanced notice
