I have been taking my 14 month old boy to Reena for the last 4 month now. As a first time mum it has been an absolutely relief to have Reena as a my boys childminder. Anyone will know that leaving your baby can make you feel very anxious. Reena has made this part of our journey very easy. My boy settled in great at 9 months and enjoys seeing Reena to the point that he does not want to come home. Having someone you can rely on to provide a safe and happy environment for your child is the best feeling and I could not have started this journey with anyone else.

I knew as soon as I met Reena she was amazing!

As soon as I met Reena, I knew she was the perfect childminder for my daughter.

Before finding Reena, I visited several nurseries and childminders, but I never felt completely confident that they were the right fit. The moment I met Reena, I felt instantly comfortable and reassured. Her warm, caring nature and the safe, welcoming environment she has created in her home made the decision so easy for us.

Reena’s home is beautiful, spotless, and extremely well maintained, with plenty of toys, activities, and opportunities for children to learn and have fun. She always puts me at ease, and my daughter absolutely loves spending time with her.

Since starting with Reena, my daughter has come on in leaps and bounds. It’s been amazing to see her confidence, development, and happiness grow.

Reena is truly exceptional at what she does. She is caring, professional, and dedicated, and I trust her completely with my daughter. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

My son’s second mum!

When we first met Reena, when my son was about 8 months, I just knew she was the right fit. She is warm and welcoming and my son and Reena have a special bond, which is just so lovely.

Reena provides amazing care, takes the children on days out, including soft play and to the park, and sends us sweet little pictures.

My son is now 17 months old and he absolutely adores going to see Reena. When we came back from our holiday, my son greeted Reena with a huge koala bear cuddle, and he is always thrilled to see her.

Amazing

Our son attends nursery but due to a change in my working arrangements we needed some additional childcare a few times per month. Reena has been a lifesaver - so flexible and helpful. In only his second week with Reena he happily wandered in with no tears, which speaks volumes for her experience working with children and the fun and comforting environment she creates.
Her communication and professionalism are second to none. Her home and garden room are spotless and very well equipped. She has taken our son out to toddler groups which he really enjoyed. Overall very grateful to have found Reena!

Couldn't ask for a better childminder!

We completely understand why Reena is a childminder; she is incredible with our little girl!

Our girl (13 months) has been going to Reena for just over 6 months, and every time we drop her off, she has a huge smile when Reena opens the door.

We chose Reena for her easygoing, warm, and approachable personality, and because she also brings diversity and culture into our little girl's life, allowing her to learn from and experience people from different walks of life. She communicates well with us and sends us lots of photos on days when she is childminding our little girl.

We highly recommend her. She takes her out for walks and to soft play, where she can meet and play with other children, which is great for her social development. Reena is now a big part of our little girl's life. We would consider her an extended part of the family, given how much our little girl adores her.

Five Stars

We couldn't be happier with Reena as our son's childminder. From the very beginning, she created such a warm, safe, and nurturing environment that he instantly felt at home. He absolutely loves going to her – he runs to her door in the morning with the biggest smile, which speaks volumes about how happy and comfortable he is in her care.

Reena is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She always keeps us updated with regular photos and messages about his day, which we really appreciate. It’s so reassuring to see him happy, engaged, and having fun – it gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands.

We feel very lucky to have found her and are so grateful for the love and care she gives every day.

Wonderful experience with Reena as our childminder

Cannot recommend highly enough!

We got in touch with Reena a month before our little boy was born at the start of 2024 and after a quick visit to meet her, immediately knew she was the perfect choice to look after him. She has a beautiful home and fantastic facilities for the children and it was such a relief to know we had everything in place even before he was here. As we are teachers, we had a couple of settling in days over the summer holidays when he was 5-6 months before he started 3 days a week in September after just turning 6 months old. Reena made the whole process so easy which was such a weight off our minds as we are both very busy (and inflexible) in our jobs.

He is such a happy boy who is thriving and Reena makes him feel like family!

Home away from home

Our 2.5 year old has been with Reena since September and we couldn’t be happier with the setting. From the very first day, she made him feel welcome, safe, and loved.

Reena has an amazing ability to connect with children, and it's clear she genuinely cares for them. She always has something kind to say about your child at the end of the day and it is clear she has enjoyed spending the day with them.

Our son looks forward to spending time at Reenas and happily walks inside every morning - something that never happened when he was in a standard nursery. We believe this is because Reena offers a true home away from home feeling for the children and makes sure they feel seen and heard. At the end of every day T exclaims that he’s had a “Good day at Reenas!”

She takes them to local playgroups and soft plays every week so the children are exposed to plenty of opportunities to grow their skills outside of the home.

We trust Reena and her setting completely and are very happy with the care she gives our son. She is also very accommodating to your personal circumstances and will work with you to try to come to a solution. As said, we couldn’t be happier with this setting.

Home from home for our little boy!

Our son Noah (2) started with Reena in November 2024, Noah was previously in a private nursery 2 days a week and it was difficult every time we had to drop him off as Noah would cry and want to stay with us. Our circumstances changed and Noah required full time childcare however, the transition to a full time childminder, as a mum made me so anxious, my thoughts were if he is so upset going to nursery two days a week, he is going find it so tough going to a new setting 5 days a week. Noah at the time suffered with separation anxiety and would not leave my side. His first week I was so nervous and Noah did find this change upsetting. He would cry and cling on to me handing him over in the morning but Reena provided me with reassurance and comfort that whole week, Noah received cuddles every morning to comfort and calm him down and that made leaving him that little bit easier. After a week, he was a different child he settled amazingly well and started waking up over the weekend asking if he could go to Reena's. I was shocked at how quick and how well he settled. I am forever grateful to Reena and her family for providing Noah with an amazing, safe and fun setting. The house is immaculate, safe and provides everything the children need.

Reena often takes the children out to soft play, toddlers, the park and many more places. I cant even explain how much Noah loves going there. I genuinely never thought I would see the day Noah would happily skip out the door waving me bye bye and going to a childcare setting.

I have noticed Noah coming home learning new things everyday he has developed so well in such a short space of time. He often comes home talking about Reena's daughter, I love how her children interact with Noah and build a relationship with him. He will wake up in a morning and say "Mummy can I go to Reena's house and see Mia please" This fills me with such joy.

Overall, I can not recommend Reena enough, she is an amazing person inside and out and has a fantastic home, family and passion for her job. Dropping Noah off in a morning at a child care setting used to be something I would wake up and dread as it would upset me so much seeing him cry whilst handing him over, now it is an absolute breeze and a pleasure waking up every morning knowing he is so settled with Reena. I have never had this before so its honestly took a huge weight off me and my husbands shoulders knowing he is happy and content.

Great childcare

We are so grateful to have found Reena for our 18-month-old son (who started going to Reena’s from 9-months old.) From the moment we met her, it was clear that she has a genuine passion for caring for children.

We truly appreciate how dedicated Reena is to providing activities for the children. She regularly takes them to baby groups and soft play sessions, ensuring that they have plenty of opportunities for socialisation and fun. It warms our hearts to receive pictures of our son during the day, capturing his smiles and adventures.

One of the standout features of her home is the lovely garden room, which serves as a safe and engaging space for the children to play and learn. It's clean, bright, and full of toys that our son enjoys.

Her assistant, Jen, is equally wonderful. Together, they create a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where our son feels comfortable exploring and making new friends.

What has impressed us the most is Reena's flexibility and support during the settling-in period. She took the time to understand our son's needs and made sure we all felt at ease, which made the transition smoother for both him and us. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and for providing a loving environment for our son. We highly recommend her to any parent looking for a caring and professional childminder!
