My Experience

I have worked as a professional nanny for 26 years, caring for children from birth .I have enjoyed watching and helping children grow, from birth to school age working closely with parents, in families big and small.

I have worked in the following position as a Nanny.

Sole charge, After school, Mothers Help, Nanny House keeper.

I always work together with parents to impose consistent discipline in the family.

My current role is Nanny to nearly 4 year old who I have looked after since they were a year old. My duties are getting him up dressed ,providing breakfast taking to pre-school , collecting from preschool and taking them to parks, playgrounds ,providing them with lunch , making puzzles, drawing , painting other creative activities, play games. Go for walks , take them out on their scooter or balance bike. Provide them with tea , read books play educational games , help them dress and put to bed. I take my Son along with me who is Six.

I helped with a mother who is permanently in a wheelchair. Assisting the mother with playing with her child going on outings to park. Helping with chores such as the laundry, shopping, doctor appointments. I did this role with my 12 month old son & 7yr old daughter. I have just finished a job looking after a child same age as my daughter & his brother aged 3yrs old.

Both these jobs work/ed out well.

My Qualifications

GNVQ LEVEL 2 CHILD CARE

PAEDIATRIC FIRST AID

Up to date with current methods of doing maths,first reading, Phonics. Dance Write (learning method for writing).

My Availability

Mon - Friday 9am - 2:30pm

My Fees

• Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
