My Summary
About Me
Experienced Bristol nanny (BS10) offering 20 years of childcare experience, from newborns to SEN support. Available for 20–30 hrs/week full-day roles, from November 2025.
Hello! I’m Sandy, a 40-year-old nanny based in BS10, living with my 20-year-old son (my favourite person in the world!).
Coming from a big family — one of five sisters, with 13 nieces, nephews, and great-nieces/nephews — I’ve always been surrounded by children of all ages. This has given me a genuine understanding of how every family is unique and the importance of supporting each child as an individual.
I have 20 years’ experience working with children in a variety of settings, including:
• Nurseries across Bristol
• Private nannying roles
• Wedding and event childcare
• One-to-one SEN support (Autism, ADHD)
• Mother & Baby Unit support for mums and newborns
I’m passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and fun environments where children can thrive. I love building strong, trusting relationships with families and watching children grow in confidence and independence.
I’m now looking for a local nanny position (20–30 hours per week). I’m available for full days/shifts rather than wraparound care.
If you’re looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny who understands the importance of patience, structure, and fun — I’d love to hear from you.
