My Requirements
We’re looking for some help from an experienced night nanny from August onwards for ad hoc work when our regular nanny is unavailable. Preferably first aid trained, with some twins experience and can help with sleep training.
We are trying to start some sleep training and daytime schedule as the night-wakings are all over the place. The boys sleep reasonably well at times but a routine would be great so I can go back to work at some point soon. Ideally we would have help between 11pm to 8 or 9am for 2-4 nights a week, usually no more than 2 consecutive nights depending on your availability.
If we can get the nights a bit more consistent then we will be looking for either a childminder or nanny for daytime hours, likely from September/october.
