My Experience
I began training with Carousel in 2012 and was qualified within a year, since then I have worked with children aged 2 weeks to 12 years in a variety of nursery and after school settings, I also currently work as a self employed Nanny and have been for the past four years. I have experience picking up and dropping children off at School, Nursery and clubs.
I have experience as a sole charge nanny of up to four children but would be happy to have more. I also have experience with twins.
I have gained a wealth of experience working with autism, tourettes, hypermobility, acid reflux, down syndrome, ADHD, Diabetes, children without upper limbs and severe allergies. Before undertaking my SVQ 3 in children's care, learning and development I was a regular babysitter for friends and family and have continued this throughout my career.
I hold a first aid certificate from at Andrews Hospice, I have my own car with business insurance and have my own set of childrens car seats.
