My name is Aferdita. I am a highly motivated and hard-working graduate in Early Childhood studies with 10 years’ proven experience working with children at Vicarage Primary school and now for nearly 5 years i've been working as a nanny and babysitter for many lovely families.
I am working for a family to looking after their 8 months old twins boy and girl for 19 hours in a week.
I am OFSTED registered Nanny but my preferences is to work for a family that does not need to use childcare vouchers because whenever i work with families that don't use the childcare vouchers, they have always paid on time for my services and always i worked more longer time for the family that they are not getting childcare voucher.
I have so many issues with the parents that are using childcare voucher because for 1 year i have changed 5 families and the reason my jobs end is the childcare voucher as some parents they said they can not afford to paying me as they are not getting the childcare voucher as they thought. . Also on the 19 September 2018 I left a family, i was employed from this family for 30 hours a week, but the mother she didn't pay me at all the last 3 weeks for my services, also through all of August she only paid me half of the money i should've been paid , the mum said she did not get any money for childcare and all this have very impact on me because i done my job and not being paid is not fair, i was wasting my time and also i lost so many better opportunities from other families.
From now i do not work for the parents that want to using childcare voucher with out getting a deposit of £300 from them in the first day i starting my work. And if i get paying regularly i will give the deposit back to you in my last day i work for you.
Please do not contact me if you can not afford to pay a nanny and i don't accepting any position less than 6 months at last pleases.
The best option if you can not afford nanny is to find a childminder or nursery..
Since January 2018 I worked for a family to pick up the girls from school at 3:30 pm to 9 pm Monday to Friday and stay with them til the parents came home at 9 pm but from the 20 July 2018 was the last day because she no longer needs childcare because the change in her circumstances.
Since March 2017 to April 2018 i worked for a family in Wapping. I was working for this family 15 hours for week to looking after twins boys but this family moved to Singapore in May 2018.
I have also updated my CRB, FIRST AID certificate and OFSTEAD from this September 2017, so i have all the right documents to be able to work and look after kids/babies.

Dita looked after my 9 month old one day a week for 5 months as well as some evening babysitting.

Thank you Dita
Dita looks after our baby 2 evenings a week and he absolutely loves her. She is completely reliable and takes care of him like he was her own. She quickly picked up his routine and offers guidance from her own experience of parenting (she has two grown up children). I couldn't say anything bad about Dita and would highly recommend her.

thank you Aferdita
Dita is an exceptional nanny and our twin boys Harvey and Ethan absolutely love her. She has been their nanny since March 2017 and works with us part time 3 days a week and she has been amazing with the boys. She is very caring and loving and looks after them very well. She is also very flexible and is willing to change times when she comes if we need her on different days in some weeks. She also came down to Brighton for a whole weekend to help with the boys as it was our wedding and we really couldn't have enjoyed that weekend as much as we did without Dita being there to look after the boys.
She is a very loving and caring person and more recently she has done quite a bit of babysitting for us in the evenings which has allowed my wife and I to go out in the evenings which we very much appreciate!
All in all, Dita is an exceptional nanny and a lovely human being.
