Outstanding nanny

We were incredibly fortunate to have Pavlina care for our daughter from August 2024 to the end of September 2025, working full-time and providing occasional evening babysitting. During those 13 months, she became a very special part of our daughter’s early life and of our family’s routine.
From the moment she joined us, it was clear how deeply Pavlina cared for our daughter. She brought warmth, patience, and genuine affection to every day, and our daughter formed a strong and loving bond with her. We always felt confident that she was in kind, nurturing hands.
Pavlina took it upon herself to find and attend the best local playgroups, planning a weekly activity schedule that ensured our daughter had plenty of opportunities to socialise, play, and explore. She spent lots of time outdoors—at parks, playgrounds, and on walks—and even planned wonderful day trips, including memorable visits to Kew Gardens and other local attractions.
Her thoughtful approach supported our daughter’s development at every stage. From helping her discover new sounds and textures as a baby, to encouraging her curiosity, early language, confidence, and independence as she grew, Pavlina was fully engaged and attentive to her needs. It was clear she took pride in helping her learn and flourish.
Most importantly, our daughter adored her. She greeted Pavlina each morning with excitement, and we always knew she would spend her days feeling happy, loved, and secure.
We are truly grateful for everything Pavlina has done for our family, and we recommend her wholeheartedly. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her care for their little one, just as we were

Amazing babysitter

Pavlina was my little one’s first babysitter. She immediately make me feel at easy and that little one was in really good hands for a couple of hours. She managed to calm her when she woke up. Pavlina is so sweet and caring. Can’t recommend her enough.

Reliable, Attentive and Nurturing

Pavlina is looking since five months on Saturdays after our 3-years-old daughter Grace. From the start, we noticed how quickly Pavlina picked up Grace’s routines/ways of thinking and bonded with her. Grace is a big fan of being outdoors, and she totally enjoys the creative outdoor play and having fun with Pavlina at playgrounds, gardens and the city centre. Pavlina is always professional, organised and attentive, ensuring that Grace has the right nutrition and clothes, and that she practises her latest skills/develops new ones. We feel very lucky to have Pavlina’s help.

Punctual, trustworthy and Good with Newborns

Pavlina helps us with the nightshift and puts us at ease so we can get some rest. We wish she lived closer so she could also help us in the day as well.

Wonderfully caring nanny for our twins

Pavlina has been an excellent nanny to our twin 18-month old girls. She has been very flexible to meet our schedules, also offering help around the house during naps.
She is very hands-on with the girls, keeping them active and busy going to the park, the library, engaging in sensory play and socialising with her own lovely children on occasion. The girls are always delighted to see her, and it’s clear they have a lovely time with her. Though usually very shy, both girls warmed to Pavlina very quickly, a real testimony to how brilliant she is with children.

Lovely and professional
