About Me
Hi my name is Farzana, I am a registered Childminder in the Hawley area. I have years of experience in Early years from - nurseries, nannying to babysitting , i am providing a place for your child in a home-to-home setting with a warm, friendly, family atmosphere that supports your child’s development according to EYFS guidelines.
I Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating home-from-home environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
I have small number of children which gives me the ability to focus and attend their needs as - Low Ratio means Your child gets more one-on-one time for play, learning, and talking.Better Safety: Fewer children mean the childminder can watch everyone very closely.Calmer Space: A small group usually means a quiet home environment, which helps young children feel safe and relaxed, also Quick Help: i can notice right away if your child is sad, tired, or needs help- in compare to large groups or a nursery setting where it’s hard to meet every child’s needs . Small group also helps the transition from separation from parents

My Experience
i have been in childcare for over 20 years in a variety of roles- nursery nurse, before and after school supervisor and helped run creche.
Currently a childminder , I have many baby siting and nannying experiences-, responsibilities have included - reading to children, changing nappies, bathing, giving out and supervising meal and snacks, supervising children when playing, playing games with children, taking children out, tidying up play areas and preparing milk. I also have 3 of my own . Following the EYFS to meet children’s learning needs .
I hold relevant childcare qualification level 3, i am first aided and have my own car with business insurance, I have been on many safeguarding training. Hold OFSTED registration.
My Qualifications
I hold NVQ LEVEl 3, Paediatric First Aid , DBS, Safeguard Trained, Ofsted Registered, , Food hygiene, Full driving licence with cover , years of experience in childcare
My Availability
From Sept 26 offering 30 hours
I am available Monday 7.30 - 5.00 , Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 9-3 and Thursday 7.30 -5.00.
I may be a little flexing with times on the Tue and Weds , please contact to discuss your requirements .
Based in Blackwater, Hawley road
