Hi, I am Claire. I’m a qualified childcare practitioner with full First aid training and over two decades of experience working in nurseries and as a private nanny.
I finished my last nanny position in July 2025 (from September 2023) my responsibilities included preparing healthy meals, laundry, school drop off and pick ups, Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe nurturing environment. I also provide parents with daily activity’s and developmental reports
I have previously cared for children from infancy through to toddlerhood, supporting their development. I focus on learning through play exploring colour, numbers, letters and cultural awareness.whilst encouraging personal, social, emotional and physical development. My background has given me extensive experience planning play based activities.
Supervising children safely managing behavioural and liaising closely with parents. I also love organising outings, day trips, nature walks, and play dates always prioritising well-being and the development of children.
I am passionate about providing a safe caring and enriching environment for children. I am committed to continuous learning to enhance my childcare skills. I am available to start immediately and I have a great references

My Experience
I have worked with children for 35 years, I started working in a nursery and worked my way up to manager. I decided to become a nanny over 20 years ago and love every minute.
