My name is Jessica I am 33 years old, very active, have a love of good food and the outdoors. I am a non smoker and have a love for life in general.
A little about me; I have worked with children in settings of Private Nurseries and Schools in Islington for over 6 years. Ranging from ages 0-8years of age.
I have a Certificate in CACHE Level 3 in Children's Care, Learning and Development and have had training with Ruth Muskin Read Write Inc Phonics and have a specialism in ADHD Behavioural Training and Autism and SEN training.
I also have 6 years experience of nannying alongside this, working with 3 long term families.
I have a love of children and a commitment to providing long-term care, I have an open-mind about different ways of bringing up children depending on their character. I have a caring nature, I am patience, have a good sense of humour and am flexible. I have excellent communication skills and am aware of health, safety and hygiene, have knowledge of child protection issues and have the ability to keep written records and make financial calculations.
I have just moved to Letchworth Garden City, I am available any time evening/weekends. As I work in the Private Nursery during the week I will be available from 6.30/7 weekdays and weekends all day.
My Experience
I started my career as a Room leader/nursery practitioner in a private nursery where I was their to ensure that all children attending the setting receive high quality care, are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences day to day which meet their individual needs and support all aspects and components of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Working with the Management team and inspectors during inspections by regulatory bodies and assist in the implementation and any recommendations made by those external bodies or recommendations made following a programme of internal audits.
When at Orange we underwent an inspection by Ofsted and previously being unsatisfactory we was granted a 'Good.' I have worked with every age group and feel I can adapt my abilities well from birth to school age.
I left my post at Orange Day to join a Catholic school in Islington and was employed in the nursery as a nursery nurse which I was there for for two years. I am currently working in an Academy in Islington where I work with children within Early Years and Ks1 (ages 3-7).
I have now moved to a Private Nursery in Letchworth Garden City where I have just relocated to where I work with all ages from 3 months to 5 years.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
I am open to negotiation depending on the regularity and on circumstances it can be discussed but usually I would charge £12/15 but as said this can be negotiated of course.
