About Me
Hi my name is Renuka, i am a fully qualified Level 3 Learning Support Assistant. I am currently working in a primary school and i am looking to pass on my knowledge and skills to help those who will benefit more from 1-1 guidance.
I am a friendly and reliable person who enjoys working with children. Through my experience i am able to get children excited about learning and i believe children learn better when learning is made fun.
My Experience
I have full experience working with children aged between 3-11. During my time at the school i have worked with children of all abilities and have gained a good understanding of what children require in order to get them excited about learning.
I have worked with many children on a one to one basis in order to help them make progress on their learning and reach their targets.
I have also worked with children who needed that extra help before sitting their 7+ exams for private schools and i also work alongside an ABA tutor who i liaise with on a monthly basis for those who have autism.
Through tutoring i have experience with assessing children's current level and providing ways to overcome the barriers they may be facing or work on the gaps in their knowledge.
My Qualifications
Foundation degree in Biomedical Sciences.
