A truly exceptional childminder

Our childminder has been looking after my two sons for many years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, kindness, and consistency she provides. She has cared for my eldest after school for the past six years, and for my youngest since he was a toddler and is now at school. Throughout all this time, she has been an incredibly positive and steady influence in their lives.
She picks them up from school every day, and during holidays she goes above and beyond to keep them active and engaged. One of the boys’ favourite parts of the holidays is their morning trips to Richmond Park, where she organises a variety of activities—often teaming up with another childminder to give the children even more opportunities to socialise and explore. She also organises plenty of crafts, creative projects, and hands-on activities that keep them endlessly entertained.
What truly stands out is how genuinely kind and nurturing she is. She treats my children as if they were her own, and they are always excited to spend time with her. After school, she offers a wonderful balance of structured craft activities and free play with children of different ages. She also provides a nutritious home-cooked meal, which is an enormous help to us as working parents.
I trust her completely, and my children adore her. She has played a huge role in their childhood, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found someone so reliable, caring, and committed. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for a childminder who truly goes the extra mile.
